I give three stars because they need to improve in time management especially for drivers who are mostly if not all the time on a tight schedule. The staff are courteous and helpful in their own way but it takes forever to get loaded over here. " Your order is not ready but is there being put together now " that's what they tell you. Why now and not before I got here...you don't ask couse you want to appear polite. Come prepared. It may take couple of hours here to get loaded. Good luck...
So I had no problems with waiting super long before they began loading me, but good grief the forklift driver must have no brakes on that thing! If you get the same loader I did, be ready for a wild ride. Don't have any open drinks out!! ?
Young lady that gave me my Bill's at door 2 was very nice and apology to being slow as end of year was very busy.all the times I have been here I was in and out so I can understand this time being alittle slow.but no big deal to me...I took a nap.lol
Came here half and hour early, was told load not ready for a couple of hours and to leave the site and wait for a call, couldn't leave though, parking lot was jammed up with about 8 trucks, half needing to get in a door, other half needing to leave, only 1 way in and out no room to turn around, ridiculous!
I give them 1 star only for clean restroom & free coffee. They work by appt. I arrived30 mins before appt & wasted there 8 hours to be loaded. Absolutely no parking but there is a big Pilot 7 miles away. Personnel are nice but their work completely unorganized.
The Worst shipping place that every one should have to avoid it. Appointment time 20:00 but they loaded me on the next day 7:15 am. All are stupid and I saw so many staffs sitting on their chairs and forklifts.
We have been waiting for more than 7 hours. now they say to come after 6 o'clock. we have delivered cargo from California and now they cannot or do not want to unload us.
Believe what you read 8n the reviews. Just over 5 hrs to load with 3 trucks ..very poor and will not return. Refused to do time stamps so if you come here take screen shots of yourself checking in and out showing the times.
Just like a lot of others it's slow loading, appt at 11am, got here at 10:15 am. Got a door immediately, put a few pallets on and stopped, been 3 hours. People seem nice. Gonna ask for a kiss since they're f--king me....
My appointment was at 14:00 it is now 03:22, been here for over 13 hours and they haven't even started loading me yet, they keep telling me they are still picking, why on earth do you schedule a load if you know it takes over 13 hours to pick?.
