i go here about every other week at least. my absolute go to when i want take out that isn’t fast food. literally have ate here so many times and have never been disappointed. dine in experience is great, and carry out as well. about 15 mins for carry out. i recommend heavily their cheese cakes.
Delicious pizza and fabulous service! Will need to try a slice of cake next time.
We were traveling home on Easter Sunday, starving and decided to get a bite to eat here. The ‘combo platter’ appetizer was disappointing. Chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and zucchini fries taste like they came out of a frozen bag. The Italian sausage parm sub is quite good. The pizza is pretty good — they don’t skimp on cheese. Decent prices. The butterfinger cheesecake is amazing! Pretty good service, too. I’d definitely come back.
First time visit. Better then average, better then expected. Great server who definitely earned the tip. We'll be back as we have to try the dishes we saw being delivered to other tables. This was a good find. Thanks Piper, you are the best.
I have been frequenting this location for about 10 years and have noticed recently that the quantity of food is diminishing as the prices are increasing. The sub I ordered today, a hot Italian, was on a bun noticeably smaller than usual. It looked like it was loosely thrown together with some fries dumped on the plate. They have stopped including a pickle. I’m disappointed with the appearance and quantity. It makes me wonder about the quality as well. I’ve noticed the last few salads have been smaller also. There is no mention of these changes on the menu,
The service was good. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. These two reasons are why I gave two stars. Otherwise, my rating would have been one star. This place is always busy. So I'm shocked the food was so bad. We ordered calamari and shrimp scampi. The calamari was overcooked. The shrimp scampi was bland. I was very disappointed they utilized canned mushrooms in the scampi. Not a pleasant experience.
Atmosphere was quiet tonight. Meal was on point. Had the baked manicotti and salad. Although the salad was extremely plain.
We have been eating here for many years and love the food and staff. The baked spaghetti and spinach calzones are my personal favorites, but everything I've ever tried is great. You get plenty of food and the prices are fair. Be sure to leave room for dessert - you can't go wrong there either.
VERY DISAPPOINTED to leave a review this bad. My family LOVES this gondolier, but our last few to go orders have often been incorrect, and this one was the worst of all. We had 2 separate orders, and 4 dishes all together. The spaghetti and meatballs had NO meatballs, was overloaded with noodles, and had hardly any sauce. The ravioli had 4 raviolis, all dried up due to hardly any sauce and what little was there was BURNT. Then there were the two CHICKEN tortellinis. There was NO chicken in either dish, and hardly any tortellini at all! It didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl!!! If you order this dish when dining IN, you get a bowl so full you can hardly finish it! Only one salad had any dressing, and it seemed the soup was the only thing that had no problems. We eat/order from here pretty frequently, and we were appalled by how poorly this to go order was prepared. This is not the first time, and due to these results, we will not be ordering here anymore. For decent results, I would suggest DINE IN ONLY.
Ordered a medium pepperoni, bacon, and extra cheese and a large pepperoni. They did not disappoint. Simply delicious. If I had the money and a fast metabolism, I'd eat it everyday.
