This was our first time there. Was concerned due to the mixed reviews but we had a Lifestyle card so thought we’d give it a shot. Ordered a Sicilian pizza and a Calzone. Pizza HUGE and VERY good. Just packed up the calzone. Dinner tomorrow I think. Our server was Hillary. Excellent!!! Friendly, attentive. Just what you’d hope for. Dinner took about 20-25 minutes to come to table. What you’d expect. No disappointment tonight. Will return. Probably with more people next time.
We stopped in looking for good pizza and was not disappointed. Service was friendly and quick. The garlic cheese bread appetizer was large enough for 4. We also had Grandpa's pizza with extras added
I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst experience as a diner that I have ever had. The company uses a 3rd party company to handle online orders, and this company did not update their holiday hours. I placed an order, paid, and received a pickup time. I drove 25 minutes to pickup my pizza, and they were closed. I then had to feed my guests fast food because everyone was hungry and there was no time to place a lengthy order elsewhere. When I finally spoke to the manager, and then the owner, they were very rude to me and offered nothing except to cancel the transaction by the following Monday. The owner eventually took the phone and told me he didn't have time for this discussion, offered me 10% off. I said 10% didn't even cover the gas to get down there, and he hung up on me. I called back, and he eventually upped his offer to 25%, but still insisted that I had to drive back down and pay, instead of just comping the meal to maintain good customer relations. Maybe to some, this isn't out of line, but to fail to comp a meal to account for embarrassing a loyal customer by accepting orders while CLOSED is beyond me. If it was just a manager that handled this issue in this way, I'd remain a patron, but for the owner to talk to me with this poor of a grasp on customer service, I can't in good conscience eat here anymore. I certainly did not expect to be yelled at by the owner when trying to voice my complaint.
Ordered calzone and mozzarella sticks calzone came out oily wet underneath and uncooked ordered one drink a vodka tasted water down we’re not recommend this place
We walked in about 730 on Sat. Jan. 8th and there were at least 6 people waiting. We waited several minutes before I asked the other guests if they had been greeted. They had been waiting 10 minutes and had NOT been greeted. I walked to the bar and there was no one there. I walked to the kitchen area and apologized for interrupting the waitress but asked how long it would be until the guests were greeted and seated. She said they were understaffed. So I said ok and that we would go somewhere else. We walked out. Mark Bibby followed us out, accused me of cursing and yelled at us. Told me to slip on the ice and called me a b1tch! Horrible owner/manager! I will tell EVERYONE that I know that Mark Bibby is an abusive chauvinist pig and that no female should ever visit his restaurant!!! We ended up at Mellow Mushroom, much better customer service and delicious food!

Passing through Knoxville and thought we would give this a try. We like to stop in Turkey Creek to eat and break up the trip to Cookeville. Our server was quick to welcome us and get our drinks. No straws. Greek salad was good but we did ask for more dressing as it didn't seem like it had any. Food was piping hot and tasty. We had the baked ziti and cheese tortulini. Both were delicious but the ziti could have had a little more marinara sauce as it was a bit dry. Would probably return if we want Italian when passing through again. Pizza look really good at the other tables.
Cheesy garlic bread is good. Not a fan of their pizza sauce but it's a personal opinion... Good service and selections.
Best pizza in Knoxville hands down! Any other pizza is just mediocre in my opinion. You can try the rest, but you'll come back for the best-Gavino's! Hillary did an awesome job serving us on Sunday, and the food prepared by Hayward and Felicia was top notch!
pizza is good but this location really stinks, spaghetti was like a child size if that, way too expensive, definitely will not order again, and when I messaged them got no reply! Good customer service would have went a long way, very disappointed. obviously they do not care, the Kingston pike location is so much better!
