Unbelievable Italian food! Spaghetti and meatballs one of best ever tasted! Everything is done from scratch and huge portions! Being from New England was shocked to find such a good place and $$ were very reasonable!
The only reason for the two stars is that my son likes their pizza otherwise it would be a one star since you can't give zero stars. The times I have picked up pizza, the customer service is horrible. When I walk in, there is no "welcome to Fornos, Hi, what can I do for you today, we'll be right with you", nothing. They stare at you until YOU speak. When I leave and I say 'thank you', they still say nothing. Listen, this is East Tennessee, the south. There's a thing called courtesy and respect around here and if you want to operate a reputable restaurant then you may want to highly consider working on your customer service skills. Customer service speaks volumes with a lot of people around here especially me. This is why I will NOT be a returning customer.
The Gaelic knots have a cheesy surprise in the middle!The meatballs seem to be frozen and then thawed and cooked rather than homemade. My daughter LOVES spaghetti but had one bite and said I make better spaghetti. Their garlic bread was decent especially when reallyyyy hungry.
Amazing! Truly amazing food! If your on the fence- jump on over- it’s well worth it! We had lasagna and it was so delicious. I highly recommend. The whole experience was a 10/10!

This Italian girl approves! Forgot was recommended by a stranger and I'm so glad. The sauce is like grandma used to make, the lasagna is the best in the area. I highly recommend the chicken parmesean perfectly made. The special brew tea was really yummy I should have bought a jug to take home. We also tried the tiaramisu which was very good as well!!

Really great pizza and a simple atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Come in for the lunch special!
