good. location..friendly ,people, good service good prices, thank you food city
Called deli at 930am needing 2 sandwich platters by noon for a funeral. Assuming it's too short notice. Spoke to 2 very friendly women assuring me they could do it, platters looked and tasted great. Very thankful!
Store has definitely went down hill. Very slow service. Not enough registers open at 5, I waited in line for 20 minutes and there was only one register open when I got in line.
Lines backed into the aisles. 4 lanes open and what do they do add double baggers instead of opening more lines. Gonna start shopping at the priceless
Apparently, baggers either are not trained or simply do not care. Non-food bagged with food; cold items bagged with warm/hot items; canned goods overflowing from the bag; bread bagged with bowl of butter. Geez, common sense should tell a person how to group and categorize items. This happens 9 out of 10 grocery trips.
Most employees wearing mask with nose hanging out, I asked the young girl no body was going to make her do anything, is my life not worth living. I wear my mask for 14 hour sift
I had hoped with the mask requirement your employees would wear their masks correctly, about 50% still don’t cover their nose, the cashier at self check out was hacking and coughing. Few customers had masks if you don’t make some changes I’m headed elsewhere. My health is to important.
During all of the chaos the staff at food city were amazing. One of the sweet and kind employees made sure an elderly lady got to her car in the rain while pushing the ladies groceries and carrying an umbrella for her. That speaks volumes to me
Employees are very rude, do not respect their policy, they assaulted a women she stole a $4 soap, but the way she was treated is very sad one of the employees even had his hand in her shirt. There is video of it going around. I don’t like food city and this just makes it worse. I’m definitely not going to food city again. This is why people prefer Kroger!!
I love this Food City! Donny and crew are always SUPER nice and they give back to the community. They have helped out with several events for Tennessee Children's Home in Knoxville. We are very thankful and I will always give my business to one that gives back!
