The food was fantastic and our server was really nice, but I have to deduct a star from my rating because they served my nephew rancid orange juice… They were kind enough to replace it with apple juice, even so it makes me wary of returning because the waitress (though very polite about it) tried to defend it. She even said it smelled normal to her, but it most certainly did not smell normal. It smelled the way an orange does when it goes moldy and my mom, sister, and niece all said it tasted rancid… I took their word for it…. So I recommend NOT ordering the OJ and stick with something safe like coffee. And if you like Mexican food, order the chickichanga.
We haven’t been to First Watch in over 2 years and won’t be going back anytime soon. Service was mediocre. Server didn’t check on us and never brought requested condiments. We didn’t get our drinks until after our food arrived. Potatoes were not cooked all the way and my food was lukewarm at best. Another in my party ordered no onions and the omelette had onions. I’m disappointed, but I also understand the quality of today’s workforce is not the same as it was 3 years ago so I am rating our experience a 3.
Apparently First Watch dining experience is predicated upon location. This one was just okay. The noise coming from the centrally located kitchen was loud and annoying (employees shouting for no good reason) and the food was average compared to a different location I was at just one week before. I do not recommend the hash....small portion and was in high need of seasonings. The only really great and consistent thing was the service, though once our server gave us our check early on, that was the last we saw of her. Perhaps it's a management issue at this location.
I met a client here for the first time this week. Good experience; our waitress was really good and the parma skilet is my go-to anytime that I am at a First Watch. And, their coffee is great. I love that they have both booths and tables. Great for meetings.
We have brunch frequently at the Turkey Creek location - we love the food and service!! We especially enjoy our breakfast dining when Katlyn is our server ( we go out of our way to ask for her!! ) She is always upbeat and adds to the already great experience at this location. She makes our visits SPECIAL!!!
First Watch is an excellent modern breakfast restaurant that is up to date with the current healthy menu options. My husband and I ate here on Valentine’s Day and enjoyed our time. Today, I ate alone and had a great lunch. Mae was my waitress and she is wonderful! Very attentive and kind. This will definitely be our new favorite place to grab brunch.
Went on a brunch date to this spot and had an amazing morning meal! The staff got us seated rather quickly given how packed they were. The waitress was great and food got to the table fairly fast as well. And the food itself is absolutely incredible!! Of course that comes with the higher cost but I think it’s well worth it!Would recommend and will be back again!
Food and service was excellent!
Fantastic brunch menu. I had eggs benedict and they were deliciously prepared Florentine style you get a liter bottle of water served on the table and all 4 of use enjoyed our meals. Pricing is very reasonable too!
Usually have high regard for First Watch but just rethink waiting if there's a wait list.. I understand the "call ahead" program but at times there were 2 or more empty tables that they held for parties that were not even there. These tables were open for 10 or more minutes before those parties arrived. When finally seated took well over 30 minutes to get our food and one of the meals was incorrectly cooked (eggs) told server about it but stated would take it as it was since it took so long to get it and didn't want to wait again. Server comped one of our drinks, stated that was all they could do however noticed that the table across from us they comped the meall because it came out one item at a time.
