Went in for breakfast. Different menu that we are used to. They were a bit busy, but waited only a couple minutes for a table. However we waited over 40 minutes for our plates. Food was good and hot once it arrived. The place could use some cleaning. Floors were terrible, salt and pepper shakers were nasty to touch. Sides of my table was dirty.
Our family, a party of six and a toddler and infant, went for breakfast this morning. We made reservations ahead. It was busy when we got there and we waited. My granddaughter had made the reservations and talked to the hostess, Erin. Erin had said we needed a table with more room for the babies. We agreed but my granddaughter said on the website it would only allow up to a table of six. Erin was rude and somewhat in her face and said this is not a problem. At that point, I spoke up and agreed we had no problem and Erin quit trying to argue with us but the tension was there. The other hostess looked at us with indifference. But we waited an hour even with reservations. There was an empty table that seated eight right up front and my daughter asked Erin about it but she said that was for the basketball players or people. It sat empty for the entire time we waited. Erin was also rude to two different ladies during our wait. I know that job isn't easy but we weren't the ones being rude or talking problem. Anyway, after an hour we were seated and continued to wait for 30 to 45 minutes for our food. Our server was good and we left her a good tip because this wasn't her fault. The food was fairly good. This place is expensive and I thought it would be better. I'm a big coffee drinker and the coffee was really bad. Had our granddaughter not had celiac and have to have a gluten free meal, we would have left and gone elsewhere. But other than home, gluten free isn't that easy to find. I don't like giving bad reviews but I thought others should know along with the manager/owner of this place.

Today was my second time going with my son to eat. The first time was great! This time not so much! I basically paid $11.49 for 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. My waffle came out cold, but because we had waited 45 minutes for our food I just boxed it up. My son wanted to say something to the waitress, but she only came to “check” on us to leave the check. Do not think I’ll go back!
This was our second time eating at First Watch and the food is delicious, the staff is friendly. My husband took me for breakfast because I was having foot surgery the next day.I had the French toast with ? ? & ? and it was yummy! The only reason that I gave it 4.5 is because a portion of my scrambled eggs were runny in a few areas. However, I did not tell my server as I don't like to complain.All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would go back again to try one of their omelets.They serve you a lot for your money and I like tasting new breakfasts.
The food is good when you dine in, but subpar when you order out. The workers in the front are pretty incompetent, always forget my drink even though it's on the receipt stapled to the bag. Last time I went, the gave me salad instead of potatoes with my order, I had to ask them to bring me the water I had ordered, and no one actually handed me my food. The girl standing at the cash register walked away and I had to go behind the hostess stand to grab my stuff. No one ever came back. It seems that just the staff in the front don't know what they're doing. I've met other people there who did a good job.

First Watch is one of my grandchildren's favorite place to go. They love the food and the variety. The service is always superb and the food is always fresh!
