Super polite here. I had a pastrami sub and mac n cheese! It was toasted and straight up delicious.
Ordered 15 catered lunch boxes for my whole staff, only received 14 at pickup. There were no pickels or sides in any box, even though we clearly selected then online. Also all of the sandwiches were hard, frozen cold, and had very little meat and cheese on them. Best part about the meal was the chips. Total rip off!
The Fountain area was very messy the fountain machines need attention of keeping them clean they ain't even have lower stock for straws and covers. But the food was great
I eat at Firehouse all the time but I had never been to this location. This was the best Firehouse I've ever visited. My wife and I are both Hook and Ladder sandwich fans and we both agree the sandwiches were much better at this location. I don't know what the difference was, but they just tasted really good. Also, the staff was working killer hard and they were building sandwiches very quickly. They are much more efficient at this location that other locations I've visited. This is a well-managed location. I saw both the manager and assistant manager working very hard cleaning tables, emptying trash, whatever it took to keep things going. That's What I Call Great management.
Close to the interstate entrance ramp so it's a very loud location but food was good. Outside seating was great for our dog.
Forgot our brownie and pickles. Cashier was less than friendly, and made me feel kind of stupid for not knowing the pickup orders are placed on racks. Most likely will not be visiting this location again.
