My second visit and by the best customer service I have seen to date. The black lady at the register has the best personality of a person ever. She was amazing. The food is so dang good. Do visit

Went to Firehouse Subs on Western avenue. The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and kind and those are some of the best sandwiches that we have had in a long time. It was an absolute pleasure to have dinner there.
This is by far the best location in knoxville! I drive an extra 10 minutes just for the amazing staff and food. Abby specifically has my order memorized and makes sure to greet me everytime I come in. I recently had a mess up which has never ever happened so it wasn’t a big deal and her and I believe his name was either Edison or Harrison if I heard right we’re so apologetic over such a small thing! Staff here is the BEST!
The staff were friendly and quick with our four different orders.The environment was laid back and inviting with a decent amount of space for dining in.

Got the Italian, sandwich was very dry. I think they forgot the Italian dressing. Bread was very fresh.
Very rude and not helpful at all employees. Also found a black hair in my sandwich. I through up immediately after. There is no such thing as customer service these days.
All of the employees were very nice and helpful.I did not get their names. I will go back.The only negative is the menu, I was wanting a ham sub and could not find it on the menu selection.My sub was delicious and as I ordered it.Thank you for nice and pleasant employees.
Busy lunch hours as expected. The employees were friendly and welcoming. The wait wasn't long all things considered. I will return.
