I just called 30 minutes before close to order 1 sandwich due to me being 8 minutes up the street. I would have been at the store before 8:45 and the guy on the phone puts me on hold for 14 minutes and never comes back. All good the manager will hear from me tomorrow. I am a manager of a business you can not keep customers by treating them poorly.
The young lady could not stop talking to her coworker long enough to pay attention to my (extremely simple) order. Even though i repeated it twice initially, she still had to repeat parts back to clarify - so we're going on 3 times with some details, 4 times with my type of bread (and the bread was still wrong lol) - she put in the wrong sandwich.I get it, bruh, I get thirsty too. I'm not going to let my customers suffer at the hands of my desperation, though. Pay attention please. If you're getting D on the clock do it when a customer isn't in front of you. Food was wrong but good.
I went to firehouse ordered my food. My order is bagged label wrong. Delivery driver takes order to his car. Returns this is the wrong order. Employee rebags food tries to give to it me. I go the order station to complain. He says I can't take that back once it leaves the store, but you try to give it to me, but you can't take to back? I can make you new sandwichs if you like? If I like!!!

The sandwich was good after I made some adjustments. I was disappointed in how the sandwich was put together. My meat was a small ball in the middle of the bread.
