Food was great, ordered ahead of time. Came in and checked my bag and didnt see my cookie, went to ask about my cookie and my drink, nice guy handed me a cup and told me the cookies were at the register. I start putting one in my bag and notice a woman mean mugging me and loudly asks if there was one in my bag already. Other customers look over because she just essentially called me a thief, thankfully the guy said he hadnt put one in my bag. Other than that experience was fine.

January 9th 2022 at 8 pm i came in and stood at the front counter for two minutes while the 4 employees behind the counter acted like i wasent even there. I ordered one large steak and cheese and the bread was crunchy and old not even steamed and the cheese was cold but the wrost part was the sandwich was mashed aginst the side of the box. Very disappointing for a 13 dollar sandwich.

Superb sub. Great value, ingredients taste fresh, and it was the perfect temperature. Great place to get a quick, delicious sandwich. Just don't get the pickle spear ?

The service was fast and friendly. The sandwiches were delicious as always.

They were very busy and handled every body very well and the food was as always fantastic

First time eating there great sandwich and super good chile.

I love the meat sandwiches. All that meat. It's so good. And they just give it to you if you ask nicely and give them money. It should be illegal

The food quality is fine, but they completely ignore any customization when ordering online. I ask for datil pepper sauce every time, and there are only two things that happen: I either remember to request it again in person when I arrive, or I don't get it. They have NEVER ONCE honored this selection when ordering online. This is all shifts, all sandwich types, over several years. Obviously not enough to make me not eat there, but I would prefer if the online ordering were usable for people who don't want default options. Other locations have no problem with this.

I have a gluten allergy, if my food is cross contaminated at all I can get sick. It's very easy to avoid cross contamination if someone is willing to care. I went into the Clinton Hwy location to order a gluten free sandwich and requested that they use clean gloves and a clean surface to make it. They were rude and said they'd have just one person make it but it was guaranteed to be cross contaminated. I do understand that they state on their menu that there is a risk, as any restaurant does to avoid legal issues. However both the Sevier co and Morristown locations are able to accommodate my request with no problem and I have not gotten sick from them. I left the Clinton Hwy location with no food at all. For anyone thinking I should just eat at home or somewhere else, I was an hour away from home and hadn't eaten all day because I did not have access to gluten free food.

Food was fine but not great
