Being from Jax, Firehouse was a staple. Cannot beat The Steamer.Sadly, and I'm sure this is corporate wide, the sandwiches seem to have gotten smaller. Still righteously tasty!
Employees are terrible at every part of the job. Service horrible, food was completely wrong, they just didn’t actually want to work so idk why they are even there
Stood for five minutes in an empty store for the who four employees ignored me. I asked if they were closed when leaving they didn't even answer when they looked at me
I went to this store and ordered the vegetable sub and it was absolutely disgusting. It had probably 4 sautéed green bell peppers on it. Not one single mushroom. So much liquid that the bread was completely saturated. It was ice cold and had slimy iceberg lettuce on it. Seriously the worst sandwich I have ever had in my entire life.

The manager runs an immaculate place (I think his name is Travis). The store and staff were fantastic. This is, by far, the cleanest and freshest Firehouse that I've had.Kudos to all of you, and I will most definitely recommended. ?
This was normally our favorite location but today's service was terrible . The Employees would hardly look at you nor speakThey got my order wrong I had ordered lettuce tomato and mayonnaise on my roast beef and Swiss. Usually there is a decent amount of Meat on the sandwich But this time there was almost none. The tea was not sweet A picture of my sandwich is below.
We tried firehouse in Cedar Bluff for the first time tonight and absolutely loved their sandwiches. The restaurant was clean and I loved the decor, they also donate money to first responders. Staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back again and again.
Food was good ,service was very quick.only downside men's restroom was dirty an sticky,so was the table an floors.dows need to be much cleaner overall.
