Creative salsa flavors on a cooked self service cart. Our favorites were the cilantro with avocado and the chipotle. Ambience was calm on a Thursday evening.
First visit with family and friends, DELICIOUS with Pamela being our GREAT server on such a busy night! Will definitely visit again!
My 1st time at El Burro Flojo was a wonderful experience. I walked in when they opened and figured I'd have an early lunch before some appointments. The salsa bar was unexpected and absolutely on point. The fresh cilantro always is a game changer. The ambience was calming and inviting. I loved all the bright art and decor all over the restaurant. My entree for lunch was delicious and filling. My server did a great job and I will be back. Thanks for such a great Lunch!
1st visit. Salsa bar really cool. Great service. They dis mix up order & my daughters food came out way after mine. I didn't like all of the sour cream on top of my enchiladas- they got too soggy, otherwise filling tasted good. My daughter liked her chimichanga. Will go back.
Our server Sanchez was so friendly, amazing service! Best tasting Margaritas too!!!
The server was great however it took 3 tries to get my food order correct. I didn't make any special request. The server wrote the correct item down but they didn't seem to get it right until the manager got involved. Then it come out so hot that the food was burning and smelled burnt. This was one of my favorite spots to eat because I got Seafood fajitas that included crab and shrimp. The amount of onions, green peppers, and shrimp was worth it but the crab was cut up small pieces and barely any on the skillet. I should have stuck with the scallops and shrimp they brought on the 2nd try.
First time there it was great. Maybe a little larger bowls for the self-serve salsa; you have to break you chip into 3rds to Dip.. Food was great and large portion, definitely need a take home box.

Stopped by there by accident and was pleasantly surprised with the food and atmosphere! They had a salsa bar with lots of unique salsas(pineapple was my favorite). Staff was friendly and the atmosphere felt authentic. We will definitely be back!
I ordered a meal from this restaurant with Doordash and when I got it, I wasn't expecting much since a lot of the Mexican restaurants that I typically order from don't really deliver on taste and quality. I am SO glad I gave this place a chance. This is my new permanent Mexican restaurant choice. The food was hot. The portions were amazing. The taste was just as amazing. I got the flojo nachos and the ground beef chimichanga because I wasn't expecting there to be so much in the nachos. I was wrong. I will definitely be having left overs. Thank you so much El Burro for an amazing meal!!
