They are so fast. They usually have the sandwich done by the time I get to the window and they even brewed some fresh dark roast for me. I usually come through real early on Sunday mornings. Thanks

I go here at least 3-4 times a WEEK because it’s the closest location to me and every time I do I’m hoping that they’ll actually make my order right!My Coffee either tastes like pure sugar or coffee water THERE’s no in between!I usually get a black pepper bacon croissant as well and the cheese is never melted, and or the bacon is cold!( not going back after today)
I went to the fountain city dunkin and they got my drink wrong. I didn't notice until I was on the interstate and didn't want to go back so I just got off at western ave and decided to just order a new drink. I went through the drive thru and explained my situation, and the person working remade my drink the correct way and gave it to me free of charge. It was so helpful and it really made my day!
Order was placed thru Doordash for delivery around 9 PM. Unfortunately, the Dasher had to wait a considerable time before the order was ready. When she finally obtained it she delivered quickly (we live less the 2 mile from this business) and efficiently. Sadly, when we openned the parcel the smell of burnt food greeted our noses. Many of the items purchased were so badly charred that they were totally and completely inedible. But the worst issues with this order was the donuts we purchased. Instead of receiving the variety dozen that I specifically indicated, they sent 8 powdered donuts and 4 crullers, even though I didn't request these donuts at all.Basically, this was the worst food I've had ever!
I honestly wish I could give this location a negative five star. I sadly have to order online from this location almost every morning if I'm in a hurry, otherwise I'd definitely go to a different location. It NEVER fails with this location they never put enough flavor in my ice coffee or they add WAY too much. They also never give enough ice in my coffee. Today they didn't even send my coffee. This is the worse store ever. I have even got ice coffee here a few times and it was literally water, ice and flavor no coffee what so ever. They should just close this location of get better help.
I have been coming here for a couple years now and have always loved the staff here but lately everytime I come the brown haired girl with glasses who said she’s the manager is so short and smirky and has a overall attitude.. I have had a issue on two occasions now and both times she was very smart and had a high and almighty attitude. If that isn’t enough today I witnessed her shaking her behind in a very provocative way , which made me feel uncomfortable to bring my son in here.My roommate also heard them using vulgar swear words on her last visit. However it isn’t all the employees, 2 ladies there has went above and beyond to make sure service is outstanding and those 2 ladies are the only reason I have came back. I suppose there’s a bad apple in every bunch, Dunkin Donuts do yourself a huge favor and evaluate the people you have working for you. Something really needs to be done or you will continue to loose customers.
If you prioritize cleanliness I highly suggest going elsewhere. Worked here a couple years ago and I'm honestly surprised they weren't shut down?
The staff at this location went above and beyond today (New Year's Day) to be patient and kind. There were 5 of us, myself, my sister and my 3 kids in the car. I think they could tell it was a rough day for us adults. ? They made a "Super Star" drink for my 8 year old daughter with sprinkles and whipped cream (sans coffee), gave us some extra items to make the kids smile and just took time to make sure we didn't feel like they were annoyed that our struggle bus was on the short end today. This same location made my daughter feel extra special on her birthday last week, also. They have officially made me a fan of their customer service. I live nearly in the middle of this dunkin and the Cedar Bluff Starbucks... I know which I'm choosing from here on out. ?
I come to this Dunkin’ at least three times a week. The morning staff is always absolutely amazing no matter how busy it is. A lot of this reviews are about understaffing, and as someone who works in fast food, it’s not so easy to just restaff. The staff is always in good spirits and does there best to get things out in a timely manner. People complaining about understaffing obviously don’t work in fast food in this day and age. It’s not easy, and we don’t like being understaffed either.
