Ordered a Boston cream donut, Carmel craze iced latte and an egg and cheese bagel. How did they manage to mess up EVERY single item?-Boston cream donut had no cream in it. Just a donut with chocolate frosting.-I didn’t even get my Carmel craze iced latte. They gave me some sort of cinnamon iced latteno Carmel at all.-they used an everything bagel instead of a regular bagel for the sandwich. That’s not even how they come. I just don’t understand how a simple order can be that hard.
The good- Dunkin's is general good donuts and coffeeThe bad- not to busy but some kid working in the back is screaming the items out that are on the counter. It was unnecessary and uncalled for. Veterans or anyone else with PTSD will not appreciate it. The staff were all laughing the cashier could see it was not recurved well by me. She apologized.The ugly- I went over to get my stuff from the counter and the kid came over and screamed with me standing there! I have pretty good control i know some veterans who probably would not have had my control. A conversation needs to be had with the staff about thisOverall- food and coffee were fine as usual the service was not acceptable if this is the usual do not go here if you do not do well with someone screaming!
Ordered donuts at drive thru. My order was taken and the total was acknowledged. Pull up to window, no greeting, hand takes my card and hands me my order. Swipes my card, hand me my card ( no receipt ) and walks off.This is the new normal. Inept employees know they won't be fired. Who will replace them ?Robots........perhaps ☹☹
Well Been here for days in a row in four days the same thing. Large coffee cream and sugar never stirred. sugars at the bottom. Today told the guy in the drive-through window I need a straw because they never stir coffee. So first I see they make the wrong size coffee then they remake the coffee in tune by size I ordered and yet again not stirred. Really I mean one day I can understand but fourth Straight day not counting today. Little things really do matter if I wanted black coffee I would’ve ordered coffee black. Seems strange but I can order the same coffee at the Dunkin by my house and it’s actually made the way I ordered.hmmmmmm should’ve tried the other Store that was closer.
Best DD I've been to. Maybe because it's fairly new. More breakfast choices than ever. Coffee is also good!
The store manager is exceptional. She opened up early and hand packed six dozen donuts for me before the store even opened. Way to take care of your customers way to go above and beyond thank you so very much.
They made the worst mocha coolatta I ever had, plus my husband wanted an iced coffee and they gave him a hot coffee (which he couldn't drink until he got home because it was too hot! I wasted $6.00 we will not go back!!!! They don't listen and don't have a clue how to make the drinks!! ?
Better in the summer to get in water. But very nice in fall to see thw leaves change. Dogwalks. Walking paths. Dirt bikes trails.... or just a picnic.Oh & I do lots of weddings/elopement s there.
Well, let's see - a donut place that's completely sold out of donuts so you order a couple of way overpriced hot chocolates - they're too hot to drink and burn your mouth so you wait for them to cool then realize they're terrible and just hot water with a sprinkle of any actual chocolate flavor. So, then, you try to call the store to just see if they'll refund your $$ except they don't answer the phone and the voicemail is full.So, you call the next day - same thing.So, you call 25 times over the following couple days - nobody answers. I'll never go to this place again.
This Dunkin is literally the worst one I’ve been to! The staff is horrible, they always have attitudes!! Today I ordered the same thing I always order. Large Carmel iced coffee, with cream, sugar, and sweet cold foam! They gave me my total, u got to the window ans the lady said umm no you can’t get cold foam on coffee, umm excuse me?! I’m paying for it and I ALWAYS get it so what’s the issue now?! I definitely will drive 10 mins to the other side of town to get my coffee from now on!
