Really really nice store! The people were friendly and professional, the coffee was super fresh and super hot! Customers are a little squirrely, one told the lady behind the counter that a gangster walked in the door and she was scerrrd, lol, whatever that means! The lady behind the counter asked her where, and she pointed right in front of me. That was an eye rolling experience. But, you can't control the customers that come into a public eatery. And everyone there was super super nice!
This is the ONLY Dunkin' in Knoxville that opens at 0530HRS. Which is a plus if you want to beat morning traffic and get an extra early start.Tammy was very professional and courteous this morning (3/5/22) Such a pleasant attitude that early in the morning. Which made this early morning coffee run experience with my friend the most memorable.She answered my questions and then told me that "I can have it my way even at Dunkin" She asked me what flavors I like and then made a recommendation. I got the Salted Caramel Latte hot. IT WAS DELICIOUS ❣️We got our coffee and sat outside on the patio and watched the sun come up. The only negative thing I could say was the patio was left disarrayed by the night shift. However, Tammy and another crew member came out to clean up as soon as the customers had slowed down.OVER ALL 5/5.... even with the messy patio, because another shift came control what their co-works lack to do.
I ordered through Uber Eats and my experience was so good I decided to actually take the time to come leave a proper review. First, I am a foodie and pretty hard to please to be honest. I placed an order through Uber Eats and had low expectations because I know the food will sit and not be very fresh by the time it is delivered.Not only was everything I ordered correct, after popping it in my air fryer for 2 mins to heat it up it was delicious!! I was also super impressed with how well it was all packaged!In a time when everyone is understaffed and people just don’t seem to care much about customer service, our local Dunkin is doing it right!!!!!I SEE YOU, and I appreciate you!!!!Iced brown Sugar Latte- not too sweet and definitely delicious.Snacking pepper bacon- Amazing!Tater Tots- I mean they are pretty standard - but better with some extra Zaxby’s fry seasoning I had on hand!!Turkey sausage muffin with white cheddar cheese- heated for two mins at 350 in my air fryer and it was so so good!I have always been a diehard Starbs girl, but today y’all got me reconsidering ?♥️
Every time I pull into a Dunkin' I think, "Yeah. This is a mistake." I've been to multiple Dunkins and the donuts always taste stale - even fresh ones. This last time they took my order of glazed munchkins, I paid, and then they asked if I'd like to substitute for another flavor. I said no and got a refund. Then I went across the street to Krispy Kreme, where I should have gone in the first place.
This Dunkin' always makes my coffee exactly how I want it. Whenever I go to other Dunkins, it's typically hit or miss with my coffee. This place makes it perfect 9 times out of 10. The workers seem very nice as well.
Consistently rude! I have no idea why I come here ever they are rude and it’s 100% of the time! Coffee is good but man this is where the people who were too nice at the dmv come to work.
first time trying dunkin while in the area.. although everyone else may be fooled, didn’t have me reeled in.came in a second time, to give it another try and i was more disappointed than the last.if you like sweeeetttt coffee, this place is not it.
Drive thru usually takes about 15 to 20 mins. They hardly ever get my coffee correct. However when they do get it right it tastes amazing
