I don't know who they had back there training today but yeesh. Waited five minutes at the drive through for someone to say welcome but never did. Drove up and they were blaring explicit rap music loudly. And their iced coffee looked like tea and was watered. The ladies at the front remade it for me 3 times, but each time it look and tasted the same. Even one agreed that it looked like tea. Shout out to them, but don't think I'll be back for a while.
Hands down the BEST local Dunkin location vs others in the area. I will gladly drive the extra bit out of the way for a coffee from this location. The staff is always friendly and my coffee is always made exactly how I order it- and to perfection! The baked goods (donuts, bagels) are fresh and tasty. Can't go wrong with the sweet cold foam cold brew for a little afternoon pick me up!
I went inside to place a doughnut and drink order. I waited right under 20 minutes for one of the two women that were working behind the counter to take my order. About the time I started to walk away one of the women came to the counter. She was nice and apologized for the wait. I bought one dozen various doughnuts and a box of 50 mixed munchkins along with three hot chocolate drinks. I realized after I got to my friends’ house that the doughnuts weren’t fresh… at all. None of them. I microwaved a few doughnuts for about 15-20 seconds just to soften them. WTH?? I won’t go back there. I may go to another location. I’m not sure yet. Dunkin’ Donuts is nothing like they used to be. Too bad.
They were very rude when I said I ordered a large and was given a medium instead. Drink wasnt flavorful, basically just warm overpriced milk.
DELIVERY DRIVERS, DD GH UE, etc. Quick friendly service here. Usually always has order ready. Typically non-tipping customers though.
Waited at the counter for 5 minutes then when no one came to take my order I had to go ask for service. Then my order was all messed up. There was no espresso shot like I asked for and almost no sugar. The coffee tasted like creamy bitter water. Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to.
I always get a large vanilla ice coffee with 5 pumps of blueberry syrup!!!! Oh soooo good ❤️ and sweet foam on the top!!! If you love your coffee sweet and that tastes good I recommend.
Go to Dunkin' daily, yet everytime I am here they mess up my order and my work partners, then if you order mobile, expect it to be missing items and made incorrectly. Really tired of having to ask them to fix my order when I come in. Really need to get it together.
Every single time I have visited this location in the past 2 months, my order is made incorrectly and/or an item is missing. Every time I come back thinking maybe it was an accident, it happens again. This store needs some serious training for their workers. This is the only Dunkin’ location that I’ve had an experience like this consistently. Just this morning, the woman working the window tried to hand me multiple orders including mine which was missing items and created incorrectly. Forgot to add that I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to get my on the go order.
It's really hard getting a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese at this place!! within the last week...I've come through the drive through and ordered the same thing and something has been wrong every time....today I asked for a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese got to the window was handed strawberry jam drove up checked my bagel it was not toasted and the cream cheese wasn't on the bagel...
