Every morning I visit this location because the other location is far from my house. I have to ask for them Every morning to stir my coffee or its not made correctly. Its annoying. I cant drive and stir. The customer service is non existent. There like robots not personable at all.I will have to drive further to another Dunkin. Ive given ample amt of times for them to get it right but every morning im disappointed.A
It's usually on point. My daughter had a chocolate croissant thing that was delicious. I just wish that they wouldn't serve cold hard donuts, ever. That's not the norm and not at all what I would have desired but it's what I got. And I was the only person in the Drive-Thru on a slow afternoon.A chocolate glazed cake donut can't be cold and hard. I don't think there's any donut that's good cold and hard actually. I'll probably have better luck next time. And there will be a next time. I love their chocolate covered cake donuts.
Very slow but it doesn’t seem to be the workers fault. We came inside to order after seeing how long the line was and it still took a minute. They were slammed but working through it the best they could. They also had a conference room for costumers which I’ve never seen in a Dunkin’s before.
Received stale donuts! Will not order them again. Coffee was good
I don’t think anyone here actually knows how to make a cup of coffee. My iced caramel latte is black, which is weird considering lattes are mostly milk. Last time I ordered a plain black coffee and it tasted worse than instant.
This has to be the worst Dunkin in Knoxville. We’ve ordered ahead on the app multiple time (like 15 mins ahead) and when we got here part of our order wasn’t ready. We didn’t have time to wait even longer and so we just had to leave whatever we were waiting on. It’s not because they’re busy. It’s because they’re slow. Plus they have extremely long lines (drive thru and inside). Only okay to go at night, but by then the employees don’t care about anything, so it won’t be good anyway.
This location never seems to cook food thoroughly, and the drive thru line will take about 45 minutes out of your day even if there’s only 3-5 cars in front of you. I always want Dunkin’ but usually end up at a different coffee shop because of the poor service here.
My six year old love donuts and we love stopping here after school. The staff is very patient and always kind! I would definitely recommend them.
Love to stop in and have their new avocado toast and signature peppermint mocha latte! Yum! The staff is always polite and friendly and the food and coffee delicious. The downside of that is the drive thru line is always quite a wait (especially in the A.M.) so schedule your time according and don't take it out on the workers.
