We have tried this Dunkin several times because we work in the area. This Dunkin on Hardin Valley is the absolute worse one we have ever been to!We constantly get the wrong drinks and when our coffee is supposed to be hot we are lucky if it’s Luke warm. Tonight we had a few extra minutes so we went back in to get a fresh coffee since the one we got was again Luke warm. The manager argued with us that it was hot and it was because of the cream that made it cold. I’m sorry but we get our drink made the same everywhere we go and it’s always HOT everywhere else we go. We waiting while they brewed fresh coffee while the employee and manager complained and continued to argue about it.Not going back! Done giving the benefit of the doubt.FYI they also never have donuts and if they do they are stale and nasty as all get out
Went to the dunking doughnuts on hardin valley knoxville tnSunday may 29th 10.40 am doughnuts fresh but service not very good.. when I came up to the counter the little chubby girl with glasses was taking my order , I asked her if she could stand to side so I could choose what I wanted..she never did..she looked as if she wasn't happy to be there.Then waiting on my coffee ☕️ they never told me it was ready, just sat it on counter at end with other orders.. just a thought
This is the worse Dunkin Donuts I ever been, the service is awful and the people there have no ethic of customer service, they are rude and careless! I wish I can contact the owner of the franchise, people just come here because there’s no more option around.
If I could give less than 0 I would. Don't usually waste time on silly negative reviews. Going to for this one. Visited there today. Pulled to drive thru "young man" on speaker " be with you in a minute" in a very bothered tone. But we did wait, patiently. Then he must of forgotten cause he got back on & asked " something I can help you with" in an annoyed tone as though He had been waiting on us. All down hill from there. His attitude was completely unwarranted & unnecessary. We didn't end up ordering & left. Long story short, never going back.
The staff is always kind, but the line for the drive thru never moves in the morning. If you are in a hurry do not count on getting through the drive thru quickly. My order is right about 80% of the time. Overall I would recommend but maybe at a slower time like mid day.
Hardin Valley location unfortunately has consistently struggled with efficiency & accuracy of both mobile & in person orders over the past 2.5 years now. My mobile order today was placed at 7:34am & was not ready until 7:58am. I was then late to work. There is no way to cancel an order (especially if you see that they are overwhelmed) & the employees never acknowledged how old the order was. Patrons were ordering in person & getting their orders before mine. I will not use this location any longer. This, more so, encourages me to just make my own coffee at home.
I ordered 3 sausage, EGG, and cheese wake up wraps (for three separate people) and a medium black coffee. I got 3 sausage and cheese (NO EGG) wraps and the coffee. All three were stuffed in one paper sleeve and there were NO napkins. I did not know what they did until I was at my destination and could not go back to get it fixed.
Quick and tasteful. This particular one in Hardin Valley is good. I have been to others where the service wasn’t as good. But hey, good job guys

Everybody loves a good Dunkin’ donut, but I have had multiple odd encounters with the staff working the drive thru. Last night in particular the brunette high school aged male decided to high pitched yell through the intercom what I wanted to order. It scared me and my baby. When I came around, I told the workers how odd and scary that was and they did not say a word to me or apologize. After multiple situations like this and wrong orders being received a handful of times, it’s enough for me to no longer go to this location.
