My family and I came here and got the same drinks we always buy at other Dunkin locations. My dad’s and mine were undrinkable. Mine tasted like pure sugar, I don’t even think there was any coffee in it. And my father’s tasted like it was old. I love Dunkin normally, they’re way more affordable than other brands. This was just a disappointment.

DONE WITH DUNKIN.I’ve stopped at four different Dunkin’ over past few months and everyone of them had cold glazed donuts early in the morning. Seems like they use frozen donuts. Donut shop and can’t even produce fresh donuts. Sad to see such an iconic business fall so far. Perhaps they lost themselves when they removed Donuts from their name.

Genuinely not sure what the older lady’s problem is who works in the mornings but she was super rude today over the drive-thru speaker. I’m literally just trying to get my coffee before work; I don’t need to be berated at a place where i’m spending my money. Definitely going to keep going to Starbucks instead because they might be more expensive but at least they’re nice :).

Caramel Craze is absolutely amazing! And let’s not forget the bacon as a great protein start for your day ? also be sure to have that app ready to score some awesome points towards a free drink!!! Yes, and did I mention you get a free drink on your BIRTHDAY ?? OH and for all those Starbucks Lovers…..like I used to be! Once you try you might not go back!!!! Taste, Size, $$, much better Point earnings!!! Happy Drinking ☕️

Service was frustrating and disappointing. Order was wrong twice and the staff were not so helpful. On the 3rd time, we were given what we ordered but still it didn't taste right and one of the cups was only half filled, yet the staff insisted that all the cups are filled the same amount. We ended returning the cold machiato which tasted a little more like water and left. We just wasted our time and money going to this store.

The kids wanted a dozen so I pulled in and got to it...day old, two-day old, week old, not sure. My youngest choked to the point of his eyes watering on a donut on the way home but kept trying to choke (literally) it down. I took one bite of a crunchy donut and immediately spit it out and tossed the rest of the box. Terrible donuts and apathetic, mumbling employees.

I went in and ordered a coffee, munchkins, and a croissant. I never recieved my crossant, my munchkins were old and stale when i bot into them and my coffee was incorrect. Im so disappointed. I tried to call the store and No one answered the phone. I woll not be back to this store. Should of went to Starbucks.

More seasoned lady who works the drive thru in mornings is great! Much younger girl working Saturday morning is a little slow and rude.

If you are going to sell day old donuts at 8am, you should at least discount them and give your customers that option. It's a sad day when the gas station down the street from you has better donuts. I recommend driving a quarter mile past this place to Weigels.

Most of the time they do a great job at this location. Today I ordered a cold foam cold brew and they handed me a half full cup and wanted to argue with me about actually filling it up. REALLY???
