Double smash burgers. Alexis B. Great server. Food fresh and hot. Compare it to Applebee's. Fries undercooked, tots were warm. Both burgers had good flavor but were a little dry possibly from being kept in a warmer? Hardly anyone there during my visit so no reason for " Luke" warm food. Most of the Tap beers were unavailable due to some issue. I go to these type places for the exclusive reason of trying their craft beers. The workers were all friendly and doing the best they could. I will probably give it a 2nd try everyone can have an off day.
What caught my eye first was its broad menu; a restaurant with burgers, wings, quesadillas, and sushi??? Sushi was definitely the cherry on top for me!You sit where you want. There’s good air conditioning, music, and the option to sit outside. Customers seemed in a good mood.- I got the black bean vegetarian option (it’s not vegan because they put cheese on it) and it was delicious! Seasoned well. Only thing is that I would ask for less lettuce on it.- The sweet potato fries came as a side option and they were seasoned very well! Crunchy.- My sushi was the crunchy crunchy roll. Came with ginger and wasabi on a shareable plate.- My waiter didn’t check on me but once. Didn’t refill my water until I asked for a to-go at the end. They were kind of slow about giving the check, coming back for it, seeing if I was ready to order, etc.- It was a bit slow when I was there, so the waiters would frequently group up together and chat instead of being busy with work tasks, it seemed. I was by myself so I didn’t feel taken seriously.But all in all, good food! And that’s what matters to me most. Loved loved the sushi.
Decent food decent service.The only knock I have on this place is that it wasn't even busy when I was there yet there was like 6 or 7 dirty tables. The bus boy really needs to step his game up.
Our server was friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere with fun music. Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor setting. We had pretzels and beer cheese as a starter. They were average. Our entrées were The Patty Melt which was delicious, New York roll and a seaweed salad and the chicken quesadilla. Spouse the sushi was good, better than average. The chicken quesadilla was very good. The drinks were really good. A generous pour and a very good beer. We will go back. Better than average bar food.
It wasn’t bad, first time going. I got the steak and sushi combo (medallion & crab Rangoon roll). The menu is definitely “different”. I’d go back though, my mom got a burger and it looked delicious. Service was good, where we sat was really cold
Food was good, service was fast, one order was wrong, another was cold, like refrigerator cold. The waiter fixed the wrong order and didn't charge for the mistake. Thanks for making that right. This was my first time here and my impression of order accuracy is poor.
Raw burgers! Out of the six burgers in my door dash order (triple minis, juicy lucys, two kids cheeseburger minis) all were raw. Don't door dash here and if you are in the restaurant check your food prior to eating.
This place was amazing! My husband got the teriyaki bowl and it was delicious!!! I took a bite of my hamburger ?. Hands down the best burger ever! The drinks were good. The service was great. I would definitely go back.
I had an excellent experience late this afternoon at Drake's in Knoxville. The server Chloe did a great job of keeping my tea glass filled and was very attentive to my table. The tea was great as was the fish and fries I ordered. This was my second time dining here but I will be back..Chloe was also great about making sure I had all the condiments I needed.
This was our first time at Drakes and we loved it! The tables were full when we arrived but we were able to sit at the bar and immediately made several new friends as everyone was very friendly. We order the Juicy Lucy minis and the Buffalo chicken minis with tots and they were scrumptious! Definitely being going back again soon!
