Typical fried Asian fare, although this is worse than most...wife could only eat a couple bites. Gristly chicken was only edible because it was drenched in sauce.

Mom and I were in Knoxville to do some shopping and craving Chinese food. We did a search and found this place. Hands down the absolute best Egg Foo Young we have ever had! I usually order extra gravy, but did not need it at all. The eggs were fluffy, loaded with shrimp, onions and flavor. I will definitely be back! The Crab Rangoon was super crispy and the flavor of the stuffing was perfect. I can't wait to go back and try other dishes. Very nice staff too.

The crab Rangoon was delicious the portion of chicken fried rice was generous (I had enough for a second meal). The staff were very attentive and explained what was in each dish that was brought to our table. The sweet tea and hot desert were excellent. We all went out the door with a smile on our face.

We were in Knoxville for the night and needed a Chinese food fix. Dragon Den was the nearest and boy, it did NOT disappoint. Excellent food all around and the service was friendly and fast! That was the freshest food I’ve had in a very long time. A MUST in the area!

Aspen $37.82 on a chef's special hunan chicken beef and shrimp and then an order of just Chinese vegetables I have to pay an up charge for lo mein. I get this food home and as soon as I open the carton my sister gets up from the table and goes to the garbage can and throws up. It was the nastiest smelling food I have ever seen. I immediately take the food back to the restaurant and the lady said I was crazy they had been in business for over 30 years and never had a complaint. An older couple got up and came to the counter and said their food tasted so bad they couldn't eat it, the guy closest to the counter got up and said his food was the same way. Then this very rude man came from the back and this woman berated me and I had to beg for my money back this is the nastiest Chinese food in the state of Tennessee I'm calling the department of health tomorrow

Phoned in an order for pickup. Ordered two cheff specials, general tso. Same usual order. When I got home found that I was missing two soups. Called them and was told soups did not come with the cheff special. The girl just wanted to argue, no apology just kept arguing. I rechecked the online menu and found soup was included, as it has for the last 10 years.Very poor experience.

Really good Chinese food and very fair prices. Restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. One of our favorite local restaurants.

First time at Dragon Den couple of weeks ago. When ordering I asked if the Kung Pao was made with white meat chicken. I was told no, that it is duck meat!!! Asked why it is on the menu under CHICKEN options??? No answer. She said for an extra $2.00 they could make it with "chicken". Point is customers are unknowingly eating duck meat and God only knows what. I have contacted the Health Dept.

They no longer allow an up charge to change rice. Said you have to to take it exactly like it comes and add fried rice in addition. That’s crazy!

We’ve ate at this restaurant several times now and it is consistently very good. I usually get General Tso’s chicken with hot and sour soup. Both excellent. Highly recommend.
