Tonight was the third night in the past couple months that we have been seated yet no one came to table. Once they dropped off chips but never came for drinks. Waited 20 mins previously and 10 minutes tonight. Plenty of help but they were busy having conversations at the bar. Place has gone downhill.
The food in the picture looks pretty good but I ordered the fajitas that had chicken steak and chorizo all I see is chicken oh wait that's all that's there is chicken so I paid $20 for their $11 fajitas thanks for nothing I'm 30 minutes away so I'm not coming back
Really great service and wait staff. We had substitutions we needed to make sure to dietary constraints and they were followed to a "T". Their patio is great and their drinks are generous.
Food is mediocre and they fail to pack their to-go orders properly. Missing a cheese dip and the soup wasn’t sealed correctly so it spilled all in the bag. This place has started going down hill.
Disappointing! We were 4 people there yesterday at around 2PM so they were certainly not too busy. The waitress didn’t write our order down and therefore got two of them wrong and then charged the higher price anyway. Another order came with chicken instead of ground beef! To top it off we never were offered drink refills and we never got a visit to our table after our food arrived and my sister had to eat alone as her food needed to be changed. I guess it was more important for our waitress to play on her phone than to provide good service to her patrons.
I used to love the ACP here. At one point, I had it multiple times a week just for a reliable, cheap, easy meal that I could eat to bulk up. Never tasted as if it used liquid charcoal. Now, the smell and taste are very noticeable. Would be perfect if it just did not have liquid charcoal. Other meals are average and the staff often forgets adjustments made to pickup orders.
Good service. Cool vibe. Strong blackberry margs. BUT… slightly perturbed the chimichanga is served with plain ol’ grilled chicken inside and nothing more than cheese sauce on the outside. I need my pico & guac y’all.
Food was good but service was terrible. Started out when the waitress was irritated I asked for a drink menu, then never came back to take our order. It was 10 or 15 minutes later before the bartender came and took our order. While he took our order he was looking out the window not at us, therefore he got my husband’s order half wrong. He was fine with it but no one ever came to see if we needed anything like refills and had to lay credit card on table before anyone brought us the ticket, then they snatched it up. Needless to say,we will not be back.
Once my favorite place to eat. Now, not so favorite. Seriously slow service. Drop the food off and forget. No smiles, nothing. We came at 2 pm and the bartender had to take our order. This restaurant needs an intervention. Fire all staff and hire new. Train them properly.
We had a great time at this busy restaurant in Knoxville. Food was good and the margaritas better. Service was correct (thanks, Celine).
