Okay at best. Ordered the poultry plate. Was charged 50 cents more than the advertised price. Inflation I understand. However, it’s a digital menu. Fix it. Bothe meats were good and bad. Half good, half overcooked. Service was unfriendly. However, if you want freebies , they offer you free food for a 5 star review. No salt on fries. None to be found. The okra and tea were the best part. Not sure I would return to this specific location.
The staff works really hard to please here. Even when they are out of your first choice meat at the end of the night, they bend over backwards to make you happy. Had a great experience tonight and yummy food!
Enjoyed my dinner, food was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The staff was also very friendly and provided fast and excellent service . Will definitely recommend. The free ice cream is a big plus and there is no charge if you need extra barbecue sauce.A totally enjoyable dining experience.
Dickeys has the best food ever! I’m never disappointed when I eat here. There’s always leftovers for later! The staff is friendly and has fast service. I recommend coming here if you’ve never tried it! You’re missing out

Some of the best Texas barbecue I’ve had in Tennessee. Awesome brisket, the kielbasa was amazing. All the barbecue sauces were just on point. And everything for a great price. Will be back for sure.
I ordered the family pack for pickup. On the menu it was listed at $49.99. When I completed the order it had changed to $59.99. I asked in the store and the worker told me that corporate sets the prices and they have no control over it. It’s a shame because the food is so good, but 2 pounds of food and 3 sides should not cost $60 - maybe $30. Word to the wise - just go to the store and order it because ordering online has hidden price increases and really isn’t all that much faster.
