Denton's is the no# 1 place I like because of there Subs. Love them ring-pepper ones. Be When I worked out at West Knoxville. I loved to eat here. I would usually go drive-thru window if I was busy out there at west k. There Subs with the ring bell peppers was different than most places. Didn't always eat here, but was a treat when I did go there .
I had been here once before and the food was amazing, my spouse had been here multiple times without any issue. This particular time, we had been to an appointment in Knoxville and we're on our way home to the Greeneville area. My partner works 3rd shift so we just grabbed fast food from here on the way home. I ordered a corn dog to eat on the way home since I was driving and I couldn't eat a gyro while doing so, and the gyro was for when we got home. They left out my corn dog and so we pulled up to the front to go in and get it since the line was so long and we didn't have another 30 minutes so spend in line to just be handed a corn dog. The lobby was closed due to short staff, so my spouse called the restaurant just to ask to bring out the corn dog but the line would ring and then disconnect. We left because it was just a corn dog but when I got home and got a chance to eat my gyro, the bread was stale and broke when I picked it up. Definitely not the experience I had the first time.
I love Denton's, and the service is usually very friendly and efficient. However, the last time I was there, the person running the drive-thru was very snippy and short, and acted like I was disturbing her. (There were no other cars in line, I ordered one meal, with a drink, and asked for extra sauce. I not only got charged for the extra sauce, but then she didn't put it in my bag.) Overall, the customer service was lacking that day, but I'll give them another chance. I have 25+ years experience in the restaurant and food service industry, and great customer service is an absolute requirement.
my and my boyfriend have been here a few times and we love it. always good customer service. the first time we went they gave us another order of fried pickles for free because we were waiting a while, which wasn’t a problem at all we didn’t mind waiting but still very appreciated
Classic fair food. The fries are alittle soggy but other than that everything was great. Would eat again.
Great food on hotdogs and hamburgers. Good french fries. Great staff

Food was alright, like you'd have at a county fair. Girl behind the counter had had it for the day but if you've ever done that job, you can respect that. Somebody there had also done a very impressive job of making sure that every last surface in the restaurant was sticky. Not a place that makes you feel self conscious :)
Food is ok not great and the employees need to learn some customer service. Everytime I go through the drivethru or inside an employee always has an attitude. The store could also be cleaner inside also. I would just go next door to the cookout for better food.
