Food was good, atmosphere was great, but what really put our experience over the edge was our server Elaney Noe. She was witty, attentive, bubbly and just an all around great server. She was training another server at the time and if everyone there was half as good of a server as she was, every patron would have exemplary service!
A friend and I had dinner here during Monday night trivia. Food was good and came very quickly. I’m vegetarian and the awesome burger was indeed awesome. Staff were friendly and attentive especially our waitress Jocy!
Out of town company for a funeral. Staff was super and made sure we had a good time. Food was excellent. Very accommodating.
My wife and I chose this place for our date night dinner, we ate in the Cellar and it was romantic and very warm! The music and atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed our table and service, great bar area and perfect adult time! We started off with Ultimate Margaritas and Mushrooms as an appetizer; Fresh homemade shrooms (Excellent) and a great combination…. For dinner my wife had the 7OZ Filet Mignon with a side salad, and I had the Prime Grade 14OZ New York Strip with a side of Rice and Quinoa; perfect…we shared the Neva’s Potatoes wonderful. We added sautéed onions to both dishes. Our server, Korenna was superb and very much about us during our visit! Ask for her… I highly recommend this establishment and I have loved this place since the 1982 World’s Fair! At the end, We had to have desert so we decided on the Strawberry Shortcake with Chantilly Cream; Scrumptious~
Had an amazing experience at Copper Cellar this week. Not only was the food great (I had the burger), but our server Colton was the most considerate and funny server we’ve had in a while. Most of the young folk in the service industry are just there for the money, but you can tell Colton actually cares for his customers. BIG THUMBS UP!
I went for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon around 1 PM and it was hopping but not slammed, a perfect medium. Emma was my server and was super sweet and attentive and made sure everything was good. Had the lemon chicken with tomato pie and I really recommend it! It just absolutely hit the spot. The inside was clean and inviting and staff wore masks and were socially distancing. Do visit Copper Cellar on the strip!
I really enjoyed my meal. So tasty! And the service was superb. Very clean place to eat also. I will be back again.
We really enjoyed the whole ambiance this place offered and even went both night we were in town. I could not tell you about the food even though what we saw coming out if the kitchen looked amazing. I found it odd that the bartender kept encouraging us to eat else where, and told us everywhere you should eat but there. Dont get me wrong she was very nice and accommodating just acted like she did not want to deal with serving food at the bar or something not quite sure what that was all about. Anyways next time we are in town we will make it a point to sit at a table and eat. Other then the weird vibe from the bartender we loved this place
Good food. Great selection. Nice atmosphere. Fast service. Definitely will be back on our next trip to Knoxville.
Bad service, Bad Food, Did not seat others 6 ft apart from us. The restaurant had many open tables. No reason not to spread us out. Unfortunate because I have many fond memories of going to Copper Cellar. Been going for years - will not go back - better choices out there.
