They have profound burgers and custard, and I highly recommend you try them. The servers treat you with sincerity. My only complaint is the fish, which I found to be extremely greasy as well as expensive; I guess that is what you expect from a restaurant that specializes in burgers. Furthermore, it can get crowded at times, but they do an exceptional job at serving everybody quickly during such times. Overall, I would definitely go, just by burgers and custard and not fish; I mean, it is a burger place after all.
Super Delicious! Tried mushroom Swiss burger and was blown away with the great flavors and perfectly cooked burger. Haley our cashier was Very friendly and polite and very engaging. Awesome job Culver’s staff!!!
I love Culver's! Their butter burgers are great, their fries are great, and their cheese curds are to die for. Their usually pretty busy but they still have fast service considering how many people are there.
Food was what you’d come to expect from Culver’s which is very good with good selections and some that you don’t find in other fast food restaurants. What took this culvers over the top was a couple of small errors. One on our end and one on their end. We thought we had ordered a plain salad for a vegetarian but it came out with chicken on top which they promptly corrected. They also forgot the flavor of the day that I had ordered until I mentioned it. One of the employees, possibly the manager, a tall man took responsibility and made everything right and returned an extra amount of money for the difference between a vegetarian salad and a chicken salad and a little extra on top as a way to say thank you. This exceptional service took our experience over the top. Way to go Culver’s. Thanks
Great food and great service
Very clean atmosphere. Wonderful staff with a very friendly attitude. So much better than your average bugerking or McDonald's. I will definitely go back. 100% recommend on the quality of the food as well.
When working in Knoxville, Culver's is a must for lunch. We stop at least once a week. They have a fairly large variety on the menu but I normally just get a double cheese burger with bacon and fries. It is always really good. I've had other things on their menu like the fish dinner but I always go back to the burger and fries. They also have really great ice cream with tons of varieties. You can't go wrong with a butter burger from Culver. They also have one of the friendliest staffs of any restaurants around.
Normally we LOVE this place. Tonight it was just awfull as you can see in the pictures. They even missed part of the order. I will call and complain tomorrow!
So I was super excited to try Culver’s today, they were so busy, I knew it was going to be great but that was not the case. My burger was raw inside, have you ever tried to peel apart a mushroom Swiss burger to refry it, not so easy. Was trying to save but but ended up having to cook anyway! Watch your burgers better guys!
I frequently eat here, but tonight was bad. I ordered my usual culver deluxe. And to be honest my sandwich had a pancake burger. The tomato was thicker than my patty . it brought back a good memory from Wendy's, where's the beef
