After a long day I placed an order for one personal pizza for pickup at 8:39. E-mail confirmation says it will be ready at 9 which is when they close. Im 7min away (eta 8:57) and get a call saying it will just take too long to make the pizza.I get it. It’s the end of the day and you all close at 9. If you want to leave at 9 please stop accepting all orders 30min prior to close. If you had your online orders close 30min prior to close then this wouldn’t happen to any other customers or your staff.Additionally, you can clean up but don’t take the soda nozzles off until close. I have been there at least twice in the past where I placed an online order with sodas, only to arrive and the nozzles are taken off and I’m told to just let you all know next time to “redeem” my drink. They take a few seconds to screw off and put in sanitizing solution, it can wait until close of business.
Took parents out for pizza for Father’s Day, ordered two large pizza’s and took our seats outside. They brought one pizza to us after about 15 minutes and 20 minutes later we still hadn’t received the 2nd pizza. However, the table beside us who ordered after us received two pizzas right after we got our first pizza. Went inside to make sure they had t forgot about our pizza and were told they were working on it now. About 12 minutes later went back inside to inquire and was told it would be about 5 more minutes. By the time we got our pizza the parents had already finished their pizza. 😳 very disappointing and the servers never apologized or even acknowledged our super long wait. The pizza was great but the service was seriously an issue.
High-quality pizza at an affordable price. The lovely, young lady taking our order even helped us save a few bucks by suggesting we order a larger pizza and do half-and-half toppings rather than two smaller pizzas.The dough had a great chew to it and a great flavor. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. And best of all, we got ice cream at the Cruze Farm Creamery that’s right next door. ?
They had some good homemade pizza and ice cream, with different varieties to choose from. It's a great place to take the kids to for dinner & dessert.
Delicious pizza, very clean spaces, and the ice cream next door is incredible. We love their chocolate and coffee milks. Perfect place to get dinner or a snack after visiting Seven Islands Birding Park.
You changed the Cheri Baby Supreme. You did not tell us before we ordered our favorite pizza and we were both surprised and disappointed. We have been getting this pizza for years. The first time we ordered it, we did not know it had green olives but there they were. We were hooked after one bite. Not something we would have ever even thought of but man, it worked. So good, juicy, salty...all the taste. You HAD a delicious, unique pizza that could be gotten nowhere else. By switching to the more popular black olives, you now have a pizza that is barely different that any o' dominos or papa js supreme you can get anyplace. You should at least offer an original/classic or secrete not-on-the-menu version. Shame on you for killing the absolute best pizza ever. Three weeks later, we are in still in mourning while we try to figure out where we will be getting our Friday night pizza.
Coke products. It's decent pizza. Probably wouldn't go here again, but not because I hated it, I just know better and more convenient places to go to. Cruze farm is mainly an ice cream thing anyway, so the expectations weren't high and they were met.
We visited, unfortunately, on a movie night (Feb. 25) and there was quite a crowd! We ordered, intending to take our pizza home, but thankfully a table opened up. I had told the cashier we decided to eat in, and she said 'great'. Our pizza was brought to our table and when I opened the box, I was shocked! I proceeded to "mop" the top of the pizza with a paper towel to soak up the liquid. The outer part of the crust appeared to be cooked well, but the middle was just much! We were very disappointed in the quality of the pizza, compared to what we'd had before.
Everything was so good! We had the Ceasar salad, cheese bread, and the cowboy pizza. The ranch, red sauce, and fresh dried pepper seasoning are to good not to mention either. We got ice cream after and it's amazing.
Pizza crust is great. The sausage is my favorite. Must try the homemade ranch with your pizza!
