Was visiting from out of town, saw a massive line up and had to try it! The line goes by fast, only takes about 5 mins or less so don’t be scared. They have some amazing options which can be mixed in together for soft serve. They also offer a lot of milkshakes and other delicious goodies. I got a mixed waffle cone, it was a little pricey but well worth it! Very light in flavour and just delicious. Highly recommend to check out this place.
This place is absolutely amazing! And serves the BEST Rootbeer Float EVER! Everyone and everything is so bright and cheerful -- makes it contagious!VEGAN flavors offered daily, too!
Really neat place. I love the decor and uniforms, really makes for a unique experience. I got a cookies and cream milkshake and it was wonderful. One of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried quite a few). There were so many things I wanted to try so I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Knoxville, TN!
Loved the honey lavender ice cream as well as the salted caramel. Super smooth and creamy. My friend had the Dole pineapple and loved it as well. On a hot day in Knoxville, this is a great place to cool off.
I admit that I wasn't sure I wanted to wait in a long line for ice cream but it moved fast. The store is well-staffed and they process orders very efficiently. We ordered cookies n cream and it was very delicious! Of course it was the smooth texture that was just incredible. It was very flavorful!
This is the best ice cream I ever had in my life. This explains the constant lines especially evenings and weekends. My favorite is the sweet cream flavor which I had daily during my stay in Knoxville. There is a lovely sitting area in the back. Do not miss it when visiting. I promise to will be hooked
There was a long line to get in here the first day so we tried again the next day. We see the reason for the line- Soft serve deliciousness-recommend the lavender honey flavor
We were surprised to see the Line outside. It was well worth the wait. It is a true gem of Knoxville. The Decor and service was simply amazing. The soft serve ice cream was excellent. If we stop in Knoxville again, we definitely will be back.
This by far has been my favorite place for homemade ice cream. The creamy texture far exceeds what one would expect from soft serve ice cream. They offer gluten free cones and several of their flavors are gluten free as well. Cruze Farm is a local dairy farm; they also offer dairy milk in the case for purchase. Very defintely a pleasant experience!
