Overall pretty fast .order correct been back 2 to 3 times always gave at least 4 dollar tip.doesnt matter still depends on waitress. Coffee ran out and water note had 3 weeks off.by myself so no meal over 18 dollars. Service faster in afternoon meals .overall normal cracker barrel. This afternoon waitress seems to have more tables than breakfast waitress but coffee should never run out during a breakfast meal .still leaving 4 dollars for a 16 dollars meal
Arrived 230pm 5/3. Place was filthy. 2 male waiters the same. Looked like they had been wearing outfits for several days. Placed order and waited 25 minutes and meal still not delivered. Have eaten at several Cracker Barrel’s prior to today and never have been in such a filthy Cracker Barrel. Also restroom was just like the eating area FILTHY. Apparently poor or no management. I can’t believe this corporation has let its establishments drop to this status.

Great food and excellent service
Usually the crackle barrel restaurants are great. However, this experience blacked quiet a bit. Waitress couldn't get the orders correct. Had to remind waitress about the orders incorrectly. Strawberry shortcake was served there were no ice cream as described in menu, had to ask for it.My family was more upset with the situation than I was. Even the cashier couldn't correct the receipt so she said never mind and gave it free.
We know the service at cracker barrel is not fast paced and that's part of the charm for sure. However, our experience today was not even subpar. Our server Joy was a gloomy cloud of depression and wasn't attentive at all. My husband order his steak cooked medium, it arrived to the table rare. I has breakfast and requested my eggs to be cooked over medium, they arrived well done so there was no yummy yolk. When I tried to let the waitress Joy know about the food preparation issues she was just completely dismissive and walked off without showing one bit of concern. I used to love cracker barrel, sadly now I definitely don't think we'll visit them again.
I was purley satisfied with service and seating. Food was great and hot. Seats are a mite hard but fine resturaunt.
Update: I emailed them as they asked in their response and they did send me a comp card, so maybe they will do better next time ordered almost 60 dollars worth of food. They forgot one order, luckily we're in the habit of checking, went back and got it and said, careful the chicken is very hot and fresh...Lie, no it wasn't. I get these things happen so I let that one slide. Got home with the food, the kids had burgers those were burnt but they were hungry so they still ate them. The shrimp was good, I give them that, most of the sides were ok. The mashed were cold but i can fix that. What killed it was, I was very excited about the beignets, Ive had them before and loved them. These things were so burnt, it was insane. I mean black, rock hard, could hurt someone burnt. I threw them away, I would have been ok with a little over, but that was not ok. If I was eating in they never would have served that. You should treat your Togo customers with the same care as you do the dine in ones...not ok guys, if I wouldn't serve it, you shouldn't either. You know what looks right
We stopped by for dinner with our children, waitress Baylee was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, on the spot. However when we first arrived and the hostess’s asked us how many & we stated 8 or 7 and a high chair, they both blowed and said not another one. Rolling eyes. After the nice meal we was ready to over look that until my wife found a shirt on the 50% off clearance rack of which there was several of them there. She took the shirt to Melody’s register & all chaos brook loose when asked about the discount on the shirt. My wife was hollered at , so I asked for the manager. When he came out, I took him to show him the shirts Melody proceeded to come back there and grabbed all the shirts off the rack and moved them and said her manager wasn’t there and no one was getting one of those shirts for half off.My suggestion is to think twice before stopping at this restaurant. I personally can’t believe they allow customers to be treated like this.
Server was EXCELLENT. Food took awhile to get to the table ( 20-25 min ) but was ok when it arrived. My Hamburger steak was over cooked.
