Before I was at a complete stop at the menu board, the young lady was asking what I wanted to order. When I asked for a moment, she sounded put off in her reply of "Ok, let me know when you're ready."I placed my order and it was ready very quickly, which is terrific, however, she took my card, swiped it, and handed it back saying, "You're good to go, have a nice day." No receipt, no offer for a receipt, just a dismissal....Food was good, but with how quickly I was sent on my way, and not offered a receipt, I doubt I'll return.
I found a piece of hair in my food and there was still more in the food. My mom also bite into her ranch bacon wrap and the bacon was raw. We love cookout but I shouldn’t of had to spend my money on that.
The burgers were certainly hand made and while they were nothing fancy, they were decent. My single burger was thicker than both patties put together on my dad's double - not sure how that works out. The real issue was the shakes, which were absolutely awful! Not a single person in my family finished theirs. They tasted like nothing and were mostly ice, don't know if there was actually any dairy in them. Definitely wouldn't be back.
Drove into the drive through with the family. Line was 7 cars deep. I figured this was fine, I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for cookout. Proceed to wait 20+min and only two cars had gotten their food. Such an absurd wait time is understandable if they were having a malfunction of some sort, but they should have at least the decency of sending someone out and letting people know the wait was going to be that long. Luckily three people behind me all pulled out so I could escape.
We sat at the pickup window for an unbelievably long time waiting on our milkshakes! We could see inside, and the girl making the milkshakes was ridiculously slow and unmotivated! Sure, SHE wasn't going anywhere so she didn't care, but all of those people in the drive thru line behind me sure wanted their food! Unacceptable behavior from a "Fast" food restaurant employee!
This is the third time I went here and didn't receive my full order that I paid for. You shouldn't be expected to have to sit there and check your bag to make sure you get everything. The amount these workers are making compared to their level of effort given is sickening.
With limited time to find lunch we thought that a drive thru burger place would fill our needs. Pulled in parking lot and signage indicated to head to the shortest line for take out. Three cars ahead of us, we waited almost 30 mins just to order, We had to eat while driving, which was hard since burgers were messy and no napkins were provided. Will never drive thru again, and would not recommend. Felt sorry for drivers pulling in with up to 12 cars ahead, would take an hour or so to get a meal!
Diamond is sooo rude! She talks way to fast then gets an attitude when you have to ask her what she’s said. The car in front of me told her she was rude at the intercom and when they moved forward to pay the manager had to take over. When you have had multiple people complain on one person maybe you should rethink their position in your company! Customer service requires you to be a people person or at least friendly and respectful!
If you have teenagers..and a cookout is close .it's inevitable you will visit somewhat regularly..the employees are always friendly..food is cheap..it's fast.. sometimes they forget something..it's not bad overall
Burgers were good. Service was nice. The four hotdogs were terrible. We might try it again .....definitely short on staff so I understand there will be issues. Everyone is having problems hiring people.
