This place is nothing but amazing!! The food is priced at a good price for the food that you get! You get a lot of food for your money. The staff is amazing I love the Cook-Out they have the best food the best quesadillas and the best shakes of all different kinds!! No yes it is very we were in the Drive-Thru line for about 10 minutes but that's for about 20 cars so they got it done pretty quick in my opinion.. I highly recommend going is he has never been to cookout it is very good I recommend it to friends family anyone they have food for everyone if you have picky eaters they still have food for everyone thank you and God bless
The food was amazing, as usual. Living in the Midwest, I miss and crave Cookout often. The location was very congested and busy, and the indoor seating was closed. So we had to sit outside on our cars.

I Went to this place at 130 am. It had a line of 6 cars and it went fast!My order of 3 trays were exact. Every item of food was hot and the lettuce was fresh and cold and crisp. The food was made quickly. And the service was great. I am sad I don't live closer.
Parking lot can be a bit chaotic at times with how busy it stays. Great place to grab some fast delicious food. My wife loves their shakes.
The food is always worth the money and time it takes to make the money. The employees are always nice and even if it's 3:55am I've still gotten good service and food. Only 4 stars because they usually don't have what I intend on getting to eat but that's understandable since they're usually busy even if it's almost 4am. I can always drive there knowing I can get something good to eat and not pay unreasonable prices.
Not happy with the fact that I get the same thing each time and it's a different price each time, plus I was there 3 days in a row, ordered white cheddar bites but didn't receive them and then when I notified the staff, I was told, by that cashier that they weren't working that day which shouldn't matter, I should've at least been offered to replace them at least once but wasn't. I must say the food is very good each time I've eaten there and will continue to, I just wish they would pay more attention.
The "big double" ain't big. Which made me sad. I needed way more than what that was. But the fries, with the cajun seasoning, "slap", to use the word my kids say means it's really good, because DANG. The fries nearly had me in tears. So tasty. I only wish the big double was big in grown people sizes i/o toddler size. Those patties were diminutive at best. ?
