Visited today 5/29/22 Christopher took my order. He was very polite and respectful! The world needs more people like Christopher thank you for making me feel appreciated as a customer. I ordered a big double tray cheeseburger, onion rings(7), white cheddar bites(6) and a sprite. Sorry I took the pictures after I ate most of it. The burger was fresh and tasty the onion rings and white cheddar bites were good as well. The service was swift and this is how you do business thank you for a wonderful experience! Great price
I will ONLY visit cedar bluff from now on. The employees are kind and very quick. Plus, the shakes (which is the reason I come here) are super thick how I like them... Farragut store employees seem like they care more about what's going on with them and not their customers. Athens cook-out was my go to place but.. they started rushing through everything and my shakes turned out like water almost. Cleveland.... The bomb! If they weren't so far, that's exactly where my go to cook-out would be
The customer service was really well. The food was served quickly; however, it was cold and there was no Cajun seasoning on my fries. The milkshake is good, and I believe they reached my accommodation with the consistency.
4 starts only because they got all of our quesadillas orders wrong. (4 different orders) ? But hey, they were still good and we enjoyed them regardless. No one's perfect, things happen. Food was still great. :)
Sneaky price increases and they NEVER EVER get my order right. If you're going to raise prices on your customers at least update the menu. I feel cheated coming to this place now. Especially when they can't get an order right. Last visit for sure.
There is usually a wait here but it's yo be understood once you see and taste the quality of the food. I recommend the cheese bites and peach shake.... Now I want some lol
Food is pretty good and it's great that they're open very late. Just be aware that if you order within 45 minutes of them closing they might be in "selloff" which means they're only selling what they already prepared or are ready to prepare. Which is understandable, don't get me wrong. To end on a positive note, the variety here is unmatched and it's great for a family or group who are wanting different things.
I absolutely hate the drive thru windows. They are so confusing and I always seem to be in the WRONG Lane for the window I'm at. The food is ok. I wish they had a simple 1 drive thru window. Or have one where you pay and the other for your food!!
Love their hotdogs, milkshakes, and hush puppies. Some things vary from time to time. They aren't perfect every time but usually decent enough for cheap food.
