CommonPlace is my favourite local coffee shop, fantastic staff, always friendly, helpful and happy. The atmosphere here is lovely, located in an old bank you can sit in the vault to sip your coffee. I just popped in to buy more Mad Mountain Mama coffee and had to try a Summer Rose latte which was so delicious I want to turn back around and buy another.
This is the best local coffee house in town. Great place to bring your sponsees and do step work. Safe and quiet. Owners are truly amazing people and we are blessed to have them in our community. They always take care of the kids and make sure to have a friendly place for the community. Love commonplace. Brooke the barista is so sweet!!!
I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Common Place. We went through the drive through and the person working the window was extremely rude. To the point we cancelled our order midway through and left. We had been to Common Place a few times before as we live in the Lake Forest Neighborhood right next to it. We had not had the best experiences especially through the drive through in the past. We continued to give it a try time and time again hoping things would improve. They did not. We will never go back or recommend it to anyone. I can not stress enough how rude the lady was working the window. Horrible customer service.
If you need a good place to meet up for a meeting they’ve got you covered. A great selection of coffee drinks and pastries. A drive-thru if you need that convenience too!!
A welcoming and comfortable atmosphere with awesome baked goods and every kind of coffee and creamers you could ever want. Food too like bagel sandwiches and more. A great place to meet friends or curl up with a good book. Love it!
This is honestly the best coffee shop in the city of Knoxville! I'm not originally from here but based on the one's i've tried this is by far the best. The staff here is super friendly and the environment and culture of this establishment is very welcoming. If you're a student like myself and you're looking for a place to study or hangout, I definitely recommend this place.

Awesome place. Great coffee, but more importantly, just a great place to be at. The staff is incredible! This is my go-to spot for anything, whether it's work or hanging out with a friend. I recommend it to anyone in the Knoxville community!
Best coffee shop around. Wonderful atmosphere and customer service. We have our weekly Bible Study here and they are always so accommodating for us.
