One of the worst chipotle experiences I've had. I had a chicken bowl, and despite visiting just before noon (when all the food should be fresh), the chicken was cold and overcooked (it was black/charred) and to add to this, they literally put only about 4-5 pieces of chicken on my chicken bowl. The location is great and the outdoor dining is wonderful, even though I won't be visiting this location again.
They were very understaffed for the lunch rush. I felt terrible for all the employees. I ordered online and waited about 45 minutes for my food. No trouble though because everyone was hustling and working their tails off, you could tell they were working hard and definitely overwhelmed. Then all the guests waiting were all fairly understanding too. I did pay for chips on the app and they were out, so that was sad but no biggie.
Worst chipotle experience ever. Staff didn’t care about long line of customers, they were cleaning the work space instead of helping the one person making food and ringing people up. Line was to the door. They were out of many food items. Staff were not apologetic about long lines, lack of ingredients and cutlery etc. Guy making food didn’t change gloves or wash between ringing customers up and starting to make the next person’s food.
My first and last trip to this Chipotle. I ordered a steak bowl. They told me I had to wait until they cut up some more steak. After three people went around me in line they finally came out with the steak. Then after selecting my items for the bowl the cashier rang up my order. It seemed to be too much so I asked the cashier what the difference was. He said I chose Guacamole as one of my toppings and that I would have to pay $2.50 extra. I told him the person did not tell me it was extra and there is no sign saying so. The guy didn't care, and told me that was the price. I should have just walked out, but my lunch hour was almost over and I needed to get back to work. So I paid $12.89 for the bowl and left. When I got back to work I opened my bag and found no napkins, no spoon or fork, and no chips. Do the expect you to eat with your fingers and wipe your mouth on your sleeve? I know I'm only one person, but if that's the way the treat customers, they will never make it.
God forgive me, but the food was so bad that we had to throw it out.Everything tasted watered down; rice, beans, corn, salsa, sour cream and the queso didn't even taste like queso. Everything was bland and soggy. This place does not meet the standards of the other Chipotles. Don't let the photos fool you.-4/10 would not recommend
Went there on 2-20-22 for lunch. Ordered two veggie bowls. They were out of guacamole. Started eating and it just didn't taste the same without. Asked to speak to the manager on duty. He told me that Guacamole was free on veggie bowls. I informed him that it wasn't FREE it's part of the bowl. I told him that's like saying chicken is Free on a Chicken bowl. He was somewhat rude and told me there's nothing he can do and walked off. Bad management.Won't be going there again.
One of the worst Chipotles, if not the worst Chipotle I've visited anywhere. The service really makes it the worst. You can place an online order but it takes 40 minutes before it is even ready. You can order inside but only 1 person will help you on the line even when line of guest waiting to order. Great location but not managed well on service and speed.
Such a disappointment, ordered online waited 15-20 to go get the food. Then proceeded to wait nearly 30 minutes in the restaurant for my online order to be made. All while watching customer come in get their food and finish before I got my prepaid for food. Then to top it off they forgot our chips and plastic ware. Don't order online huge mistake. The poor Uber eats employees looked so defeated having to wait for so long for chicken and rice...
Look at the pictures and you tell me. The place was filthy and the food wells had food choices mixed (cross-contaminated). The robot who took my order would ask what I wanted and before I could finish he’d ask what else I wanted to the point it was obvious I was keeping him from the powwow the other five people were having behind the wall. Stood there about three minutes waiting for someone to cash me out and had enough and walked out.Very unprofessional, rude and filthy.
The food was very good but unfortunately the service was very unprofessional, I came in right at noon lunch rush was beginning they had one man working the table and 3 working take out. And 2 smoking outside "which they didn't wash there hands" no once the 2 smoking came in no one even tried to help the poor boy working the make table sorry guy we need better training
