I have been to this location on several occasions with my nephew. Customer service was excellent. I had the chicken fajitas and my nephew had the quesadilla explosion salad. We also had the chips and salsa. Everything good!!! We’ll be back!
Chili's still is good. I like the variations in the menu that they've added recently. Our service was excellent the night we went. Young lady did a great job. I wish they had a virgin margarita or a virgin mojito that they could serve because I don't consume alcohol. What's that fairly quickly and all the hostesses and servers and bartenders looked as though they were working hard and this day and age. I'm just happy for the people that actually showed up.
Great flavor! Great customer service. The steak made me laugh as it was a bit small, but I'm not complaining due to it being cooked to my liking and packed with juicy flavor. The broccoli was yummy, the corn was juicy and the house salad was fresh! I had been waiting to eat a great dinner with my husband and the cook definitely delivered ?. Thank you, Chef! I am now waiting to have the cheesecake! I appreciate good food and outstanding customer service. Thanks Chili's staff!
I’ll start off by saying that the service was great- everyone was super friendly and attentive. The bathroom was an absolute mess- trash everywhere. The stall for disabled customers had a broken lock. The food was lukewarm at best and rubbery- it tasted like it was over-microwaved and then left too long to cool. I have frozen meals at home that taste better than this. I won’t be back to this location.
We had a great lunch from lunch menu.
My son had a doctor's appointment and I let him choose where we went to lunch after. He chose Chili's. We got chips and salsa for an appetizer. I ordered the honey chicken tenders and my son got the original chicken tenders. The service and food were all great.
Always great food and service, mini burgers, honey chicken stips, and fried pickles are a great selection. Wife had the fajitas. The fajitas make a big impression when the skillet is sizzling hot. Make sure you add the app of chips, salsa and skillet queso. Many other selections but this is a great combo. Fast and friendly and a good buzzing restaurant atmosphere.
Got new burger with special sauce and sauteed onions. First didn't come with onions asked for them they brought them out cold. Asked to talk to manager I said shouldnt sauteed onions be hot not cold. Her answer that's how they come of the line. Burger was good just always disappointed here. Pretty sure this is the last time I come here.
Upon arrival we had a little bit of a wait but, not too long. The waitstaff & hostes were very friendly & attentive. Not all of the tables were occupied. There was a very long wait for food though. When the food did arrive, I had to send my bone in wings back. They were too rubbery when, I'd asked for crisp. When I did get them back, they were rubbery once again &, my Southwest egg rolls were then, overly cooked.
Server did not wear a masks. The booth was clean and the food fabulous. I ordered the double BBQ bacon cheese burger.
