We ordered online and picked up the food inside. The containers were open on one item and the hamburger below the open top container did not have a top bun or any of the items we paid extra for. We tried to call the store and both of us were on hold for a total of 30 minutes but had to call multiple times because the line hangs up after 4 minutes of holding due to technical difficulties.

We have been there several times before and it's been good. This night was really bad. We reserved a table online ahead of time. The hostess didn't seem to know we could do that. She was on her cell phone most of the time and we didn't get seated until after our scheduled time. Only then because I asked to speak to a manager. The hostess was the one who brought our food out to us. She handed me my plate which was a metal tray. No mention of it being hot or to be careful. It was hot. She never apologized or acknowledged that she had handed me a hot ?plate. The food was horrible. My boyfriend got a combination plate with sausage and quesadillas. The sausage was burnt. Our fries were cold. We won't be returning. Chili's used to be a favorite place to go eat and enjoy drinks. Not so much anymore. So disappointed!!

I went there 4/8/22 I ordered to orders of wings, and got chips and salsa..got home the wings had no sauce, I NEVER said no sauce then they weren’t cooked all the way I’ve been nauseas for 24hours still THEN on top of it my son started to eat the chips and they were stale !! The entire meal was destroyed!! Manager Shana was very nice said she’ll be there next couple days and will redo it.. BUT I’m not wanting any wings or their food right now I’m stomachally turned off I wish they would just give me my $5 gift card back and my money.. I’m not feeling chili food for quite some time after this experience..the funny part was I was in the mood for wings and was going to try Wing Stop but when I read the reviews I went to Chili’s lol! Was Quoted 15-20 minutes for TO-GO. Showed up 30-35 minutes. Still waited another 10-15 minutes. To check the order before we left only to discover salad was wrong. We were missing the dressing too. Got the combo app which we ordered southwest egg rolls to be missing 2 of them. Also, we didn't realize until we got home but there wasn't any sauce for the egg rolls.. we had gotten 2 4 $25 which includes dessert. We chose the chocolate chip cookie but that was missing too. We received salad dressing quickly as well as the other 2 egg rolls because she was actually trying to figure out where they went. The side salad, which was a house salad with Caeser dressing and the chocolate chip cookie we waited for. It took another 15-20 minutes for a side salad and a cookie but wait, after said 15-20 minutes was told they were out of cookies and offered us a different dessert. We excepted a different dessert. (Another 5 minutes) Finally we left to get home 10 minutes away to all our food cold...not warm, literally cold. (Probably because we waited so long for a side salad and cookie) I'm not happy.

We did a curbside pickup and the food came out a lot faster than we expected. It was quick and easy. The food was really good, too. It was all packed up nicely and kept separate so nothing slid around or mashed into anything else. It was just as good as if we were eating inside the restaurant.

I don’t trust this place. I paid for takeout and found hair or something in the food. Thankfully I didn’t eat it. The guacamole was old and the tortillas shells looked like they were used to pick up crumbs. First and last time ordering here. I still haven’t gotten my money back either smh. I posted pics

I've been there 2 times in the past few weeks. Both times was told there was an hour wait. Only half the tables are used. I don't understand how a business can turn away that much money. I do believe it's poorly managed which has led to understand staffing.

I would like to take the time to command two of the Chili's employees at the Powell restaurant first of all manager Shawna was most impressive and great customer service we had a issue and she went beyond what I have ever had any manager go through and made us feel at home as though we were family let me warn you Chili's restaurant hold on to this manager she is one in a million and she will be taken up quickly by any smart franchise or previous owners my hats off to her she is fantastic once again thank us a lot Shawna for all you did for us. Secondly server Amanda was outstanding she was overworked running back and forth but gave us excellent service I look forward to the day that these poor servers could go back to just the basics in their table and the great customer service however Amanda was above and beyond great services I commend her and she is also one of a kind great server and kudos and my hats off to her as well.

Amanda is the best bartender! She’s professional and sweet, obviously makes awesome drinks! I go weekly for lunch and if she’s not there I leave. Nobody makes my margaritas like she does. You all should make sure she is taken care of her regular business is a huge part of your profit! I drive across town to eat lunch at chili’s. Walk in and she knows what I want.
