I ordered a Chicken Salad BLT on a croissant & a side of potato soup and it was great! ? ? ??

The staff are so friendly here! I wish I knew all of their names so I could give them a shoutout. So if you worked on Mon night the 6th I’m praising you. Elisabeth took our order and was funny, informative and kind. Everyone else was very nice and the bathrooms were Really clean (such a bonus) I even had a pecan allergy and they worked around that so I could eat without being worried. Everything was well portioned and delicious.10 out of 10 will recommend! Thank you you staff for making my experience memorable! (The chef in the back with glasses, Elisabeth, the lady next to Elisabeth, and the lady with the blue shirt and glasses who cleaned the bathrooms.) You guys are Awesome!

I just ordered a scoop of fancy Nancy chicken supposedly with Fuji apples, grapes and pecans. My husband ordered Olivia's old south that should have been made with sweet picklels. Tasted no grapes, apples, pecans, sweet pickles or eggs. Very poor taste. Ex

The only reason I'm giving more than one star is because I like the chicken salad. The service is subpar. But when I'm paying $10 for a sandwich. I expect a proper sandwich. How was this acceptable to anyone making the plate?

I got the Buffalo chicken. It was not overwhelming hot. It did lack some flavor.

Chicken salad was scrumptious, but shocked at the small portion size for the hefty pricetag. Only takeout service at this time due to lack of staff.

I love chicken salad chick but this location is terrible! Apparently due to short staff you cannot order inside…even if it’s to go! But you can place an online order and then come back inside to pick it up…where is the logic in that? I noticed the signs stating the lobby was closed which is fine, I could just eat outside like a few others were doing. I didn’t want to sit in the drive thru line which was all the way wrapped around the building and out to the street. So I went inside to place a to go order with my 6 year old daughter and they denied me service and told me I needed to wait in the drive thru line to place an order and this was the manager I spoke to! I will never come back to this location as long as the same staff are here! Very insensitive and rude!

Great food and friendly staff. Price was reasonable and service was quick. We had a scoop of the Classic Carol and the Sassy Scotty on wheat bread. Both chicken salads were delicious. The restaurant was clean and easily accessible from the road. If you like chicken salad this is an excellent choice.

My husband, 4 year old, and I spent $31 here yesterday. My husband ordered me a salad with a scoop on top, our son a kids sandwich, and himself a sandwich. The boy at the register even asked what kind of dressing I wanted! We get our plates, and my son has a scoop of chicken salad on a leaf, with some Mac and cheese. We complained that it was supposed to be a sandwich and we're confused. We asked for a couple slices of bread, and they said that "we just ordered a scoop for him. But they can take it back and remake it." We said, no, that's fine. We can manage. We never received slices of bread, and eventually we just made him little sandwiches out of the crackers they give with it. His Mac and cheese was OK. The cheese was kind of grainy.I ALSO only received a scoop of chicken salad on a leaf? I laughed because I thought that was the "salad" I ordered. It reminded me of the sal-ad on SpongeBob when Pearl tried to make the Krusty Krab "hip." They said I only ordered the scoop, also??? My husband and I were both confused as to why a salad would come with a side, but they ASKED WHAT KIND OF DRESSING I WANTED ON MY SALAD???! I was really upset and confused, and they just stood around, offering to take it back and re-make it. I didn't want to cause more of a scene because I was already upset over a 4 year old getting only a lump of chicken salad, and I WAS expecting them to still bring him a couple slices of bread, which never happened. My side was broccoli salad. It was OK. There wasn't a single piece of bacon on it, though. My husband got what he ordered. He enjoyed the sandwich. His pasta salad was dry as the Sahara and tasted like basil flavored cardboard.Let me tell ya, the actual chicken salad was great! That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars, and not 1. But I wouldn't pay $8.50 for a scoop of it ever again.

Very disappointed as we have attempted numerous occasions to eat there on Saturdays late afternoon, nothing posted about dining room being closed as they say it’s a daily schedule conflict, that’s why it’s not on their page. Small portions, and they now charge for a cup of water. Ridiculous!
