Worst one in Knoxville. They do not go by order on which car was there first. Very slow to come here. 20 mins waiting. You can pickup up in Lenior city much faster!!!

We were here at 4:30pm yesterday, 3/11/22. This was the worst experience at a Chic-fil-A we've ever encountered. The staff was not friendly, a lot of chit-chat behind the counter while there was a line. The lobby was dirty and a pile of what was probably a spilled drink sat on the floor as many employees walked passed it. The restrooms as well were filthy. The usual friendliness you find at a Chick-fil-A is missing here! They should send employees to Northshore to be retrained.
App was easy. Staff was kind, courteous, and highly efficient. Food was exaclty what I needed.

Well I was sadly mistaken!First thing has to be the wait time, 35 minutes from start to finish, that in itself is crazy for fast food!Second was the actual food, you would think with how busy they are your food would be hot a fresh...wong!Third was the quality of the food, when your 136lbs German Shepherd won't eat it there is something wrong! I live 6 minutes from this location so I know it couldn't be the drive home! The chicken nuggets were horrible! Most of them are rubbery and grease with no flavor of chicken, the rest were so hard you couldn't bite into them! I honestly didn't think the nuggets could get any smaller than what they were a year ago because I thought quarter size was bad enough but this location did it! The potato wedges were soggy and way over salted, and the box was only half full after digging them out of the bottom of the bag because apparently it is to much to ask to place them in the bag instead of dumping them into the bag!How in this world do you think it is acceptable to charge people 11.00 for this amount of food and the deplorable quantity? I wouldn't be able to look my customers in the face! Do you know how hard it is to earn money today? This is coming from a small business owner!
Very good food, pleasant employees, sometimes a line at drive thru, but reasonably quick service.
Chick-Fil-AI ordered a large nugget tray and 2 gallons of sweet tea over the phone. I was told it would be ready by 4, and didnt recieve untill 4:30. 1 of the gallons of sweet tea had a crack in it and spilled all over my car. They replaced the gallon of sweet tea as I waited 30 mins past when they said my order would be ready. Then I was handed a chickfil a black warming bag where I was told to take outside to my car, unload my nugget tray, and bring the bag in. I have a construction site in the same plaza with over a 100 workers I buy food for once a week, I will make a point to drive to another chick fil a further away next time to avoid such poorly executed service.Thanks,Benjamin

My kids food was fine, However I guess my sandwich was not cooked or contaminated with something. So upsetting because I’ve been here multiple times but would never dare to eat chick fila again because I am traumatized quite honestly. Thankfully it was me and not my children. Scary experience I have never been so sick in my entire life
