I have waited fifteen minutes for a to go order with one adult meal and one kids meal. There are eight people behind the front counter and exactly 14 people in the restaurant. This is the slowest and least friendly CFA I’ve ever been to.

Love Chick-Fil-A Always good and staff are so polite wish other food establishments would use them as a great example ?

Woah… longest wait we have ever waited in at a Chick-fil-A! Insane. I’m surprised they don’t have the employees outside taking orders like the other chick-fil-as we have been to. This seems to make things go quicker. Would drive elsewhere for a chick-fil-a with a quicker line.

Absolutely terrible. Stepped in at 1:30 in the afternoon. Took forever to get waited on. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap and a club with mayo. Only half the wrap had chicken on it, the other was just lettuce. The club was not a club. It was a plain fried sandwich with a pickle on it and didn't get any mayo for it either. Got a refund on the sandwich and threw the other half of the wrap away. This all took 45 minutes. I missed lunch because of this place because they literally got everything wrong. On top of that, the service was terrible. ANYWHERE would be a better option. And it wasn't a staffing issue either. They had more employees than customers and they weren't very busy. P

I’ve been coming to this chick Fil a for a while way before it was even renovated. Please make sure that your employees are using basic common sense to listen to the customer and comprehend what the customer is ordering instead of just ringing up random items that the customer did not ask for. I had asked for a Cobb salad with extra chicken.Girl in the drive-through rang me up for a Cobb salad with only grilled chicken nuggets on it and didn’t listen to nothing that I was telling her and then I get to the window and get the salad and it’s completely wrong. The older gentleman that was working in the drive-through he seemed like he was completely and utterly confused about anything that I was telling him. It’s like it took a minute to register what I was saying to him. I didn’t know until I got to the window that my order was wrong and that the girl didn’t ring me up correctly. It seem like as if the manager who is the young lady who asked the kitchen to remake my food had an attitude with me because I was upset that my order was wrong.I could see it in her demeanor when she went back there to talk to the kitchen as if she was annoyed with the fact that my order was wrong when I ask them to fix it. Don’t have an attitude with your customers when they’re asking you to fix their order because your employee messed up period.

Great service. Chick-fil-A sandwich and nuggets can’t beat. We’ve stopped ordering fries. The last three time we have, either we get the bottom of the barrel crumbs or they seem not cooked completely and limp. Any way still love us some Chick-fil-A.

Chick-fil-A at Kingston Overlook is back. The bigger parking lot is nice and I am glad they moved the entrance of the drive thru so it doesn’t spill into the street anymore (at least I hope it won’t!).I got chicken tortilla soup which is my favorite and always get it when CFA has it. A few of my fries were pretty dark and I couldn’t stomach them so I just ate the ones that were normal and not burnt.Overall the service is quick and we love CFA so other than the burnt fries the food was good.I am not going to lie though. We are really disappointed they got rid of the play area. This location used to have an outdoor play area and my kids loved climbing up it before corona and were looking forward to when they could play again but the new building doesn’t have an indoor or outdoor play area at all.The tables are also super tiny and barely big enough for a family of 4 to sit down at with our food (and our kids share a kids meal and the table still feels tiny.). The table at the booths is not even the length of 3.5 napkins across.Overall we loved CFA and this is the closest one to our house but we will be visiting TC or another with a play area if we are going to meet up with friends with kids. If they bring back the play area I would add another star back!

I have two young kids so we eat Chick-fil-A a lot! Last night, I requested to have two yogurts made without the fruit. My kids do not like the fruit, so we always order those without it. I was told they would not fill this order as requested. They said the yogurt cups are premade and they didn't have anyone available who could put yogurt in a cup and sprinkle some cookie crumbs on top. This is not a hard task. I was truly dumbfounded. This is the way we always order the yogurt here. This information was presented to me by the manager who had been standing around along with two other employees while I waited for my food. This was a simple request that would have taken all of 90 seconds. Zero customer service. I had high hopes things would be better at this location after the rebuild. Sadly, it has only gotten worse.

My experience has been generally good, a little slower, at this new (rebuilt) place, especially one time when I went in for a takeout order. I have not had any problems with order except that I asked for forks and spoons in drive thru but did not get any, not a big deal. Food tastes good as usual.

Pulled up at 7pm to order a cold grilled breast cob salad and was told they couldn't male specialty salads because there was nobody back there to make it. We said ok and pulled off only to pass the window and see 15 workers in there. This location will never see me again. We went to another location.
