More than half of my fries were scraps. They covered the top part to make it look like all of the fries were waffle shaped. I took the fries back up front and the manager refused to give me fresh fries because I ate “more than half” of the fries. I wouldn’t have eaten them at all if I knew the bottom half was full of scraps. This is absolutely ridiculous.
We had gotten a couple coupon books and in them were coupons to a buy one get one free sandwhich, we had used this coupon many times at other chickfila locations around knoxville, however this time he scanned the Receipt and I threw it away, buy the time i got my food I did not get the extra sandwhich and went up to tell them but they proceeded to tell me that the coupon I was talking about did not exsist and If i wanted the other sandwhich I would have to pay for it, workers were really nice it was just frustrating
Chick FIL a is awesome, but check your order before you leave at this location. I have gotten the wrong sandwich several times now from here.
Love Chick-fil-A, service is wonderful. Met a really nice manager at Westown Mall restaurant, just super nice.

I had food there for the first time. I had a chicken salad with some fruits and veggies in it. The salad was good enough and the service was good. Nothing special but it got the job done.
I ordered a cup of soup and told the person taking my order to make sure it was hot. It was between cold and warm. This place is over rated.
What can you say? It's chick-fil-a they are amazing everyday of the week.
