Chick-fil-A = last couple times I've been getting breakfast the food wasn't good like it use 2 be, chicken was raw on my biscuit & minis bread was done . Bread was doughy, I've went 2 other stores it was about the same .we use to eat alot Chick-fil-A the food & service isn't the food it use to be , when you go back and tell them they act like they don't care what you saying . Chick-fil-A isn't the place it use to be. Prices gone up & service has gone south ( down) . Ken, Powell Tn.

Worst experience here to date. Made an online order requesting chick-fil-a sauce in the bag. Drove all the way home just to find that there was no sauce in the bag. I called them up and talked to the manager and the only response that I got is they'll make sure it doesn't happen for future orders. They gave me no offers to rectify the situation at all. Would not recommend that anybody go to this location that is so poorly managed that they can't even remember to put Chick-fil-A sauce in a bag.

I ordered a Cobb salad today. It was missing half of the ingredients ?.

I'm giving them one star because they overcharged my card and haven't refunded it yet and it's been two days as of today. Unfortunately had to contact corporate office. Hopefully it will be handled soon. But other than that the food was ok, not hot but slightly warm. They seemed scattered all over the place and didn't seem to know what they were doing. If I ever go back to a Chick fila I'll be sure to go to another location. Very disappointed with my experience.Since this original post I contacted the corporate office in Georgia and haven't heard back from them like they said. I even tried calling the manager again and have been totally avoided. This place is absolutely giving the business altogether a horrible name and reputation. They basically are getting away with theft. I have tried contacting the card as well and the won't help.

Ordered food from this location today. Usually never have issues, but the past 2 times now I have ordered from here I have received very rubbery chicken. Today’s order was the worst I have ever received and it was completely non-edible. I ended up giving my entire order to my dog to eat. Pretty disappointing.

Great customer service. Come here at least 3 times a week and my order is almost always right. There has been a time or two where something is wrong or they forget something. But just little mistakes that happen no big deal.

Since the drive thru remodel this is my least favorite chick-fil-a. The layout is going to cause someone to get ran over and the lines are not efficient. I'm not sure if it's because of the line chaos or something else but my order the past 3 times has been incomplete or just not right. The food is always great but the Chick-fil-A "experience" definitely lacks at this location

I ordered a 5pc chicken strip meal online at 8:20pm. I arrived at 8:50 only to be told they were out of chicken strips. I waited in line for over 10 minutes which would've been ample time to throw 5 strips into the fryer. I had to ask for a substitution which was extremely unlike anything I've ever seen from this particular location or any other fast food restaurant at that. I am extremely disappointed and will never place another order at this Chick-fil-A again.

Lack of training, and poor management leads to long lines, and wrong orders here. Not the best Chick-fil-a in the area, but it is the closest for me. So it will do for my needs. Chick-fil-A is still by far my favorite fast food chain… and I have never had a problem with any other location. But this location frustrates me. I understand everyone is low on staffing, but here there are plenty of people standing around, costumers and coworkers.

I am diabetic. They allow me to get a burger in a bowl with no bread. I can eat fast food and keep my a1c lower. Also, the friendliest staff around.
