The service at this location has dropped off significantly. Today at lunch, drive through was 25 minutes. Then they left out part of my order. It is not worth the cost of gas to return to get my order of chicken nuggets.
Wanted to stop on the way home from church and since the drive through wasn't too busy, so we went that route. The young lady taking orders outside was the epitome of service, personable and knowledgeable. Had to wait a minute for the unsalted fries (we usually do) but our food was delivered promptly and hot. Definitely an excellent choice. ?
Always on point. I had a cob salad this time instead of my usual sandwich with waffle fries. It was delicious. The restaurant is always clean the staff are clean and kind people. I miss the coleslaw and I miss the cheesecake that used to be on the menu.I try not to hold that against them.
The food is always greatAll the staff is very friendly fast and my order is always correct. I like the fact that they give senior citizens a complimentary drink. All you have to do is ask them when you order. They have the fastest drive thru than any other restaurants.
I ordered two large fries and when I got home realized they were literally half full… that’s just lazy. I was there at 8pm and there was a shift leader shouting orders at everyone to break things down… at 8? So I guess it makes sense they didn’t want to make more fries for me? I would hope where every restaurant on Chapman Hwy constantly misses the mark, CFA could at least do it well. Super disappointed.
I love this Chick-fil-A. The food always seems fresh, the lines go fast, and the employees are fantastic. (When I do deliveries, this is the place I hope for orders from!)
This Chickfila is wonderful. They're genuinely nice and helpful. They never make a big deal to ask for the menu items to be customized and the items are delivered correctly. We always order Chickfila sandwiches, chicken nuggets,, salads, and drinks.And you always have to have some sauce!Thanks, Chickfila!

Told me they refused to make my fries well done. And refused to give me a large milkshake. Food was sub par at best. Honestly extremely disappointed in my experience at this chickfila
Overpriced mediocre food! I ordered a salad with chicken and a cup of chicken noodle soup and it totaled almost $14.00! I could go to a much nicer restaurant for the same price. Staff acts like they are better than everyone else. Drive thru is always packed. Can’t understand why this place ain’t worth it!
