So me and my daughter pull up through drive through there’s a very nice boy taking order told him the order there’s a girl told him I am going to get my drink while he’s taking order so she comes back and starts shaking her head what’s going to n I told him we have two orders and he’s fixing to do it she starts screaming I need to make sure he’s taken care of we say he’s doing a great job we are trying to do our other order she again repeats herself by then I say never mind we only want one order we drive to the window I ask for a manager that girl says you want the owners name I said no I need the manager working he comes to the windo and only says oh oh I am trying to tell him how I was treated by Carla or carli screaming and now a Sufi is making faces at us at the window that’s horrible service
Another great Chick-Fil-A store ran like a military battalion. The drive thru is clearly the money making life blood of the business as cars weave through those covered lanes like a snake in heat. Come here for the buttery fried chicken sandwich with pickles and waffle fries. Service here makes eating at McDonalds like going to a prison.
I ordered a treat through the app and had it brought to me via curbside pick up. The young lady who brought my order, Katie, was amazing.She was kind, cheerful, and appeared to truly enjoy serving me. She looked me directly in the eyes while talking to me and her eyes brought warmth to me as she made me feel as though my order was the most important one of her day.Her sweet disposition and compassionate smile has made my day. Please express my gratitude to her for being a light to me and those of us who were blessed to have interacted with her today.Katie truly made a difference in my world today. Keep up the great work and thank you again.
The worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. My friends and I came by on a Wednesday evening, put in three orders, and they messed up every single one of them. Also the lady taking the orders completely skipped over our car, and we had to wave her down.
This has got to be one of the worst locations. Every time I order for delivery to my job it always something mixed up. I order today around 1:15 and what was suppose to be my order arrived around just before 2. Order was completely wrong except they gave me the right drink. Tried calling the delivery driver back and it went straight to voicemail go figure. Then I called the restaurant and spoke with Elsa and she was going to bring my replacement meal back to me. She said it would be about 20 minutes. Still on lunch this whole time waiting on my order. So a little after 2:30 called to check on my order was told she had a left a few minutes ago and would be arriving shortly. I waited some more time and when I seen it was 5 minutes to 3 I called back and was told Elsa was back at the restaurant by another employee who answered the phone!!! She puts Elsa on the phone and she said I handed your food to a lady at your job and she said she will give it to you. I have no idea who this mystery lady is she claims to have given my food to that I paid for plus left a tip and I am still hungry and now irritated. She proceed to tell me she dropped my food off around 2:30 and I explained to her that your co-worker said you had just left around that time so how did you get here when they said you have left only a few minutes ago. I told her she didn’t follow the orders that where on my replacement order because it specifically say HAND TO ME ONLY not some random person who I don’t know. She proceed to act as if it was my fault like she did the right thing. Now I have to wait 3-5 business day to get money back from food I didn’t get to eat. I never have this problem from any other location but this one. I will not be ordering from here again and I order at least once or twice a week. You don’t treat your customers like this and especially your loyal ones at that.
I picked up dinner here for my 12 children. I had to talk to a manager because they said legally they can't sell me that much chicken. I had to go through the drive-through twice once I had to wear a fake mustache and speak with a Spanish accent but accidentally got the same lady to take my order. She was very nice. Both to me and to Jorge, a recently immigrated citizen trying to feed his six kids.Didn't get enough barbecue sauce.
Perfect !!!! I can’t say anything atall negative , I have nothing but positive energy for having gone to this location , you guys ROCK FOR REALS , the food was fast -RIGHT - and as always Jesus chicken is the bomb , thanks ?
This was maybe the second negatiwe experience I had at a Chick-fil-A in 16 years. No coffee at 7:30 am for breakfast? 15 minute wait for curbside? Need to always have a hot pot ready in the morning.
The staff is always super friendly, the food is great & hot, and you can get in line and back on the road in no time!
Been to many Chick fil As. This was the 1st time I have had any complaints. Both #1 sandwiches had a funny, metallic taste like off of a rusty grill. I'm sure it's nothing important and has been remedied.
