I’m probably the only adult that orders an ice cream cone with their breakfast, with that being said, I stopped here while passing through town. The manager proceeds to come to my car at curbside with a trainee. The worker looked all of about 12years old. He accidentally made 2 ice cream cones and ever so politely asked if I could handle 2. I replied “I dont know but I’ll have fun trying!”. This had to be one of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve had at this chain. They were so incredibly nice and as always the food was spot on. Thanks chick fil a for breakfast and yes, I did manage to tackle both cones! ♥️
I usually go to the Chapman highway location but was transferred to another location for work so this one is across the street. I have went here for my usual soda and a cup of ice almost every morning. They have given me diet coke or tea 7/9 times in the last three weeks. I don't know why it is so hard to get such a simple order wrong every time.
When an issue happens it seems there is no management around to make sure it's fixed. Today I ordered curbside waited 14 mins for my order to be incorrect. Informed Brayden of the missing items he said on be right back. 12 minutes later nothing... then go into the store tell them what happened and it seems this your gentlemen is very scatter brained. No management to complain to. So long story short 30 mins of my life wasted not to imagine how awkward it was walking in with my clothes messed up. Called in and still no manager to be found. So how do I get to make a complaint?
I bought three spicy chicken sandwiches, they were saturated with dirty frying oil and cold, taste awful. Next day I woke up sick. No more chick-fil-a.
We just had a small office Birthday Party at the store in the library room. Daniel and the staff was amazing. They made everything look incredible and the food was great of course. Our birthday boy was turning 60 but we celebrate like we were 6. We even had Mr. Tim The magician come.
I love chickfila but I normally do not go to this location. This week I've gone here twice and both times I was missing part of my order. The first time I ordered a brownie with my meal and did not receive it. The second time I asked for chickfila sauce and got no sauce at all? I ordered a large fry as part of my meal, Who in their right mind would order a large fry and not get sauces, like how am I supposed to eat that? I went through the drive through both times so I was gone before realizing these mistakes. I will not be returning to this location, I'll just go to the other ones instead again.
I'm a huge fan of Chik-fil-a, and this location is no different! Chick-fil-a has mastered their quality assurance and process and no matter which location you visit, your experience does not change. Food is always great and their service is even better.
This past Saturday an employee, maybe mgr by the name of Bennitt had called where I work in the a.m. hours and ask if we would like breakfast, of course at that time I didn't know who he was and thought he was joking. Lol. He was serious. I don't think he realized what an impact he made that day. Some of my team was stunned and almost in tears. As I was more than grateful and thankful. Bennitt u made a huge impact on me and my team not to mention some of our customers that had heard what u and chick fil a was doing for us. Feeding some staff that u didn't even know spoke volumes in the community. There was more than enough so I was able through chick fil a to pay it forward and give to some that may have not been able to eat that day if it wasn't for u Bennitt and chick fil a. So I thank u from the bottom of my heart.
Ordered chicken minis with 2 orders of hash browns and this is what I got. Are you kidding me? This is pitiful. Gotta start checking the bag at chic fil a now too. They are always getting stuff wrong nowadays.
Would def poop here again. Lady was nice enough to make her children exit the bathroom as she could see on my face; that turtle head was more than peaking! Def reccomend their restrooms. A++! Should be 10 stars!
