OUTSTANDING!! We grew up eating fresh seafood on the Maryland shore and in the Outer Banks, so we were pleasantly surprised by the amazingly fresh and well prepared seafood at Chesapeakeâs. And John Michael was extraordinary in his table side service - truly a pleasure and an absolute professional. We had a wonderful meal - the crab cakes were a favorite, as they had little filler and wonderful blue crab flavor. The fried oysters were juicy and perfectly cooked. And the crab cocktail is YUM!!
Fried oyster appetizer was great! Irina was very helpful and attentive, but never intrusive and alle just 4 days from her big day.

Our server Sam was charming and prompt. We admired her long braids and learned she has donated her hair ten times...what a lovely human being! And yes, OF COURSE the food and atmosphere were perfect. Chesapeake's is one of our favorite places to dine, and has been for decades.
Had dinner with my daughter. She has managed several restaurants nationally. She is a hard grader. I had a nice time.
John Michael was very attentive, professional, and nice. He definitely knows what his customers need. Thank you so much for helping us celebrate a birthday with numerous delicious courses and suggestions.
Always great, shrimp was a little overcooked, seldom an issue. Service top notch!
Excellent as always. Food was really good. Only negative was that the grilled shrimp added to Caesars salad was a bit over cooked. That is very unusual as we eat there often. Still one of our favorite places.
