Yummy. First time visit. The Chicken Lo Mein with noodles and vegetables was perfect for my two younger kids to split. The Generals Tso's Chicken was excellent as well.

I like this place because it's close, and its pretty decent. The chicken in the general is kinda questionable, but still really good. The egg rolls are a little greasy, but still pretty good. The sushi always taste fresh..its a decent little place. Not to bad on pricing either. Little high, but you get a decent amount.

Looks like a nice little restaurant but the food was terrible. I had the orange chicken. The sauce was ok but the chicken was dry and way overcooked. I should have asked for my money back. The staff didn't ask how things were. They seemed cold and uncaring. I noticed their menu was crowded not only with traditional Asian dishes like the one I had but also sushi and rolls. Made me wonder if some items don't turn out right because there are too many items to keep up with. Located in a small strip center off Hardin Valley rd. Will not go back.

I get sad when I see the poor Reviews for this place. My husband and I eat here almost every Thursday. Their food has always been consistently good. Maybe our experience is different, because we usually order the same thing every week, but we have tried most of the sushi rolls, hot and sour soup, dragon and phoenix, and their dumplings. We’ve also had the usual, like eggrolls, salad, noodles, and fried rice. We’ve never been disappointed. We always pick up our food to go and that may be why our experience is different, but I really do feel this is one of the better Asian restaurants in Knoxville.

Very good chicken & broccoli and mongolian beef. Egg rolls were good. Crispy outside. Savory inside. Quick takeout. Stayed hot. I don't like lukewarm food, so that is important to me. Will be back to try the sushi.

First time going... we started with two soups. They were $6.50 each. When they arrived, it was so spicy we could not eat it. We like spicy but this was unbearable. So we let them know we couldn't eat it. They asked if we wanted another soup I said, "Sure let's get the miso." This soup was $2.50. When the check arrived we were still charged for the $6.50 soup and she said we swapped it out. No no no it doesn't work that way lol. You don't get to just pocket our money like that. The server was a young kid, high school age she seemed or acted. We both served in restaurants, I always tip generously because I ask for a lot of things. But after the first eye roll, and having an attitude when I asked for extra napkins, it was gone. We will not return because of her service and bc the sushi rolls are TINY. Very plain and simple and all we ordered was the specialty rolls. The prices are inflated also. Half a plate of lomein was $12. I will let others know not to go here.

Worst asian food. First time here and the last time. Chicken Satay was burnt. Chicken Tom Kha was just spicy water. Destroyed my favorite soup. Asked for alternatives to meet diet and they were not accommodated.

Found Chef’s Asian Cuisine by pure chance and we are happy we did! We moved here from the west coast two years ago and this is the best Asian cuisine we’ve had in this area. Fresh ingredients and freshly made.

Stopped at Chef’s for a quick bite on my lunch break and… wow! The food was hot and flavorful, not too salty and the lunch portion was generous. But the thing that really got me was the presentation. Often at these sorts of Chinese restaurants, the food is just dumped on the plate. Here, you could tell care was made in arranging the entree and rice on the plate. A small thing, but made the overall experience that much more enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly and and attentive. I’ll be back!

I will start by saying....I run a restaurant and know the struggles we face. However, I make it ▶️ ght when we make a mistake. I had an entree left out and chicken satay added and was charged for it. No one ordered that. Traffic is a nightmare right now so I called and said we would make due without the extra dish and could they just refund the satay as we did not order it. I was told I would have to drive the food back for a refund!?!?! Folks that tells me they had every intention of serving this to another customer. Food that leaves the kitchen CANNOT come back to the kitchen. That's running a restaurant 101. Save yourself the disappointment and go to mikata down the road. This place is a joke.
