Enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Carrabba’s in Knoxville tonight. Heather was our waitress, and did a superb job! The meal and dessert were wonderful.
Our server went above and beyond to make sure that our table had everything it needed! Whomever the manager is here needs to know that their waitress, Kat, is phenomenal. She made personal connection and was always a step ahead with anticipating our wants/needs.The food was wonderful and flavorful! Our party left with full bellies! Thanks for lovely dinner and service, Carrabba's!
Love this place! Great Italian food.Location was Knoxville, TN.Parking was ample.Seated within 15 minutes of arrival.Dining area clean.Quickly waited and got drinks. Fresh coffee and tea.Food came in a reasonable amount of time.Wife ordered chicken parmesian and I ordered pasta weesie.We got Canoli and Cake to go!The only complaint, the men's room. Leaking urinal and water all over the sink. Paper towels out. Basically, a mess.I would go there again as the service and staff were OUTSTANDING!Thank you for a great experience.
Oh my!! We have not been to Carrabba's in years. What delightful surprise. The entire experience was very good. We stopped for a very late lunch. Small group of diners being served in a very timely fashion. The staff presented well, and appeared to be plentiful. The food, from the hot bread to our entrees was well prepared, and presented. We will be returning.
3/13/22: 4:30 PM. Mean was not good. Been going there for over 10 years but will not go back. Entrees all have increased $5 in price. Pizza removed from menu. Broccoli was freezer burned and uneatable. Chicken was dry. Sald tasted old. The Fettucine was worse I ever had. Over $40 for two people, and that was without drinks or desert and did not include the tip.
pasta was chewy and stuck to my teeth. mashed potatoes were pasty tasting and unedible. chicken parm had no taste with a piece of moz cheese on it. waitress carded me telling me it was the law. I'm 58. looked it up. no it wasn't. she just didn't want to get caught in a lie. won't return. won't recommend.
Stopped for lunch and ordered off the lunch menu. Each selection that we tried was great. Especially the meatballs with ricotta and the beef lentil soup. That will have to be had again, itccwas really good. Lots of flavor for both items. We were actually surprised at how great the food was. Our server was great at her w work and very pleasant and attentive without being nagging.
Tonight was a wonderful date night . Kid free also our waitress Chrystal did an amazing job everything was so PERFECT EVEN MY STEAK.. THE DRINKS FROM BAR WAS VERY TASTY JUST WHAT WE WAS LOOKING FOR.. CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK THANK YOU SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL!!! ?????
Love their chicken Bryan. Great food and service can't remember name of server but she was great. A little long on food but that's too be expected especially in restaurants. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star had to wait quite a while for hostess to be found to seat us. Still a big fan though.
