Arrived about 1pm for lunch. The place was fairly empty. There are only 2 servers on the floor. Getting service at first was a bit slow, but the food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The wings are dry and not meaty at all. $13.50 for 10 wings with little to no meat is not what I would expect for what I'm spending. A side of fries is maybe 25 individual fries and costs $4. They now only do card payments via a text message. Overall, for the money spent, the quality and portion of food is lacking! Will not be back.
I know the pandemic has had an effect on everyone but this place has gone down hill terribly. My wife and I have loved BWW for years and now we won't. Be returning anymore. Waited over an hour for food. Kept being told "sorry were running behind" when the place wasn't even half full. Waiters seemed extremely stressed, and then food comes out cold and barley any seasoning/sauce on the wings. When I told the server he was sincerely apologetic but couldn't do anything. Then gave me a look like he agreed with me. Get your act together bww....you need to make serious changes.
VegetarianI was suprised at how good the blackbean burger was. We arrived late 45min before closing, they were showing the UFC fight, and service was still decent. Overall they did a good job at getting food and drinks to the table and im happy they still accepted the order.
Normally B-dubs is an awesome place to be, but this location is not as good as the others. My boneless wings were cold and obviously not fresh cooked. The bartender said that his Wild Herd beer tap was broken. And then to top it all off he served my beer in an obviously dirty glass with a large crack in the rim. When I asked him for another glass and he poured the beer out he put the damaged glass back in the dishwasher rack. It's easy to see why this place was empty at 6pm on a Monday.
Dan has been my server every time I've been here, and he's awesome. Very attentive and quick with everything. Super nice guy. Will miss him when I go back to AZ!
Loved the service and food.
Apparently the manager had decided that all the food at one table with 7 people should come out at different times. So some of the food took about 10 minutes to get out and the rest of it took at least 30 minutes. I would not recommend due to the slow service from the kitchen.
Once again the order was wrong and no one answered when I tried calling. After the 5th attempt, the person who answered had no clue what to do. She was heard speaking to someone else. I asked for a manager. Instead Pista comes on the line and begins arguing. It was obviously her mistake, as her name was on the “checked order” and I proved exactly what had happened, but instead of owning it she began yelling, blaming others and outright lying. Completely unprofessional. The missing item was never delivered. DD was no help either. I strongly recommend you never order delivery from this BWW location, especially while they use DD. Not once has it been correct, and you will never get a resolution to the problem. DD said they finally reached manager Mike who said he would refund the item instead of having it delivered. NOT the resolution requested but no one will do anything else because apparently they don’t want to keep customers.
My wife likes wings but I don't care for them. We order from this restaurant about once a week to once every other week. If you order ANYTHING on their menu that is not wings they get the order wrong. No lettuce or no pico gets you a healthy serving of each. I ordered a wrap with my no lettuce and there was no chicken, only lettuce. I'm leaving this review after 4 months and 9 orders that were incorrect. They also take longer than most restaurants so by the time you get your food it is too late to order from anywhere else. I've called and I get put on hold for 15+ minutes with no help. I've called DD and they refund the money but the restaurant doesn't care they are sending out the wrong order. They just want your money. We will never order from here again and the Fantasy sports drafts I put on with my company every year at being moved to another venue. If they don't care then that is fine. 4 months is long enough to fix the problem.
I walked in and the hostess was friendly and said she would check on my to go order. I waited 15 minutes, then I decided to go find out. I stood at the bar for a good 5 minutes, was not acknowledged by either of the 2 bartenders that were there and saw me. The place was empty, maybe 5 people in all. Finally I asked it loud, if the knew about my order because I lost the host. They looked at each other as if I was saying something awful..The hostess finally walked out with the orderFor an empty place, to long a wait and very little communication....
