I used to work at the Brusters in Jacksonville fl and I order a pb cup sundae with a special flavor but got only vanilla. I mentioned working in Florida at Brusters and the employee mentioned to her coworker she didn’t care and chose to give me what I didn’t order. None of the employee were in uniform and just dissatisfied that i spent like $7 on an ice cream I didn’t even ask for. Beyond disappointed.

Me and my family went here and got their new fall flavors we got caramel apple and the pumpkin pie. They were so good can't wait to go back. Just be careful they give you a lot of icecream in the cups (never a bad thing)
